Situated just off the main Parkway, the campground enjoys a prime location that provides easy access to the city’s many attractions without being in the middle of the noise. Very nice place. We stayed here so we could visit Dollywood. Lots are a bit small. As I would come down my stairs the next lot pedestal and sewer hookup was about 3 ft away. It was concrete and level. I would say easy to get to normally, but we happened to hit during fall car show. So traffic was bad. I would stay again, but pick my site. 44ft 5gh wheel doesnt fit everywhere. The trolley does not stop near park. They changed the location.

This campground was perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. The site was very nice and right on the river although we never got to spend a lot of time there with so much to do in the area. Will definitely be back

Facility very nice right on the Pigeon River! Only problem is Google Maps directions does NOT take RVs into consideration and directs Rv on PROHIBITED ROADS! NEED TO CORRECT THIS AND PROVIDE AN OPTION FOR TRAVELERS WITH RECREATION VEHICLES! EQUIPMENT!!

We loved this place. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful sounds of nature even though we were so close to the action of the main drag in Pigeon Forge. We stayed in one of the river front sites and even floated the river one day from one end to the other of the campground. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The laundry room was perfect for getting things cleaned up before heading to our next destination. We arrived on a Saturday and they had a live gospel band on stage at the pavilion followed with a church service on Sunday morning. If we find ourselves back in the area in the future we will definitely stay here again.
