The place is clean, well-maintained, and really easy to get in and out of — no tight turns or hassles. Staff is friendly and on top of things, and the whole setup feels secure. We’ve been impressed with how well it’s run. It’s close enough to the water to be super convenient. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We drove by and seen all the white buildings and had no idea what it was. So we drove in 6 days ago and spoke with Jona... sorry about spelling... she gave us info and allowed us to drive in. We spoke to a couple of owners and renters. We are now planning on buying one, one day. Seems to be an amazing place.

We bought a site here and its awesome! If you have an RV, Boat, SXS etc... you can keep everything here and have security and safety. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hard working! Highly recommend this concept! We moved from California (like a lot of owners here) and could not be happier. I read a review from a guy on here that said the staff was hostile towards California people, That statement could not be further from the truth! We have made a point to meet our neighbors and lots of the are from California (and other states, we have met a great group and are pleased to be here) stop in and see for yourself...

Flat Truth

I loved it here... Stayed for 2 months and loved it! Staff we're friendly and the park is incredibly clean, pool is crisp, and us relatively safe place. I would recommend. Love the store and love that it's not super strict or they're not helicopter people everyone seemed super relaxed. There are some drama queens that live there but that's everywhere.
