My wife and I are retired, looking to buy a place in Lake Havasu. We looked at this place and were poorly recieved, by the manager and people that run it. In short they dont like Californians. They were very hostile. The units are overpriced, and way to far out of town, from our friends.

Love this concept!! We just purchased our unit. Fits our needs perfectly as we are part timers, but didn't want to haul the toys back and forth to MN. The staff, Tiffany, Randy and Mike are awesome!!
