Sites are large and the price is great. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the roach infestation in the bathhouse. Just chare an extra 5 or 10 bucks a month and hire an exterminator. The price would still be well under everyone else.

The cleanest and nicest campground I've ever seen. The RV spots are very level so I didn't really need to do much to park the RV at all. Easy hook ups. Incredible variety of native bird species flying above to entertain us. The bathrooms and showers are nicer than the ones I have at my house. If I end up in the area again, I will definitely return here. The campground is VERY KID FRIENDLY. The jumping pillow and playground provided a place for all the kids in the area to congregate and play together. I've never seen our kids have so much fun!

Location is great. We stayed a week in the back, it wasn't bad. Then we moved to the front for a couple of days. We were going to stay another week, the first day we had moved to the front. Apparently someone had complained about my kids riding their bikes. Said if they had more complaints we would have to leave. We paid and left to town. It's a good thing we only paid for one day because they called me at 10:40am an hour after we paid at 930am for another night. And told us they had more complaints and we had to leave the next morning at 12. Even tho we weren't even there. If we would've paid for the week we would've been out of the money, bc they have a no refund policy. My husband was working in Jacksonville. He had to get off work and drive almost 5 hours. He didn't get home until 5am. He slept a few hours, At 1030am the maintenance knocked on our camper and said 'y'all suppose to be out in 30 minutes' I told him the office lady told me 12. Then about 1130am they parked across from our rv watching us, I guess to make sure we were packing up.

We found this wonderful campground because it was close to our daughters home in Crestview. The staff was very helpful and could not have been any better! The campground is very nice, they have a laundry, bathrooms and lots of spaces. We used the storage area as well for a week and that was really convenient for us. You will not go wrong staying here at the location , the staff are friendly and very helpful and kind. We will be staying here again for sure!

Such a great place to stay over while on a long distance trip. It was located about a mile off highway. They had the envelope for us at the office when we got in really late. They placed us close to office in an easy pull through site. It was dark so we couldn’t really see much, but it was woodsy and seemed really cool. Best part was we couldn’t hear the highway from the grounds. My husband used the showers in the early morning and said the water was hot and it was fine. We had water and power which is all we needed. We left early in the morning before sun rise. Price was so great especially since we only stayed 8 hours. Will definitely make it a stop every year. Thanks for accommodating us last minute on our way home for Christmas.

The park was beautiful and seemed very peaceful when we first arrived with all the tall trees and the river. But once we settled in, we walked through the park and there seem to be quite a few very old RV/travel trailer with a lot of junk around them. Walking down to the river you had to watch your step because not everyone cleans up after their dogs. The showers are very outdated and smelled very musty. We could not get their Wi-Fi to work due to no signal and didn’t sleep due to a dog barking and what sounded like someone beating on a camper door or wall all night. We felt somewhat uneasy at this park so chose to leave earlier in the morning than planned.

We stayed at River's Edge for one night and overall it was okay for a single night stop. The site was a decent size, relatively easy to get into and had a picnic table. However, the sites are essentially compacted sand. You'll want a good sized rug if staying for more than a night. The park is only 2 miles off of the interstate but there isn't a grocery or gas station close and there's not really a campstore. The bathhouse is run down and in need of some updating especially with the windows not being frosted glass for privacy! Cell phones barely work and there's no internet to speak of so if you need to make a call or search for anything you will need to drive back to the interstate. I would recommend a full hookup site because the dump station is elevated such that the septic connection is higher than your camper tires when you pull in. The campground did have a small boat launch that would probably be good for kayaks and canoes but not much else.

Came in reserved for 2 nights. Stayed one! No cell service at all and no internet which was advertised. They said the spot we were in didnt get internet. Run down and a lot of full timers, which is fine because we are too, but you have to care about your rv and spot!!

Never again. This place is still advertising amenities they DON'T have. There is no country store, no clubhouse, and the WiFi is poor. Half the visiters there aren't even camping. They live there. Staff doesn't want to help you with anything. They just want your money and be left alone. Very disappointing.

Checked in and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for a quiet stay.
