I don’t normally write reviews but I rented a nearby home on the water that over booked and didn’t let us know. We showed up at 7:30pm and had no where for my family to stay. I called all around. One other place answered out of the 7 I called on the river and they were booked. RIVERS EDGE was a little bit north of where I planned to stay but I gave them a call and Rudy answered right away. He let me know what rentals were available and without hesitation said come on over they would take care of us. We showed up 30 minutes later and Rudy was waiting for us at 8:45pm on a Friday at the office. I asked if it would be an issue if I changed to the larger cottage rental last second, no problem at all. You don’t find service like this now days and you definitely don’t find it at the rates that rivers edge is offering. Thank you again Rudy for being our life saver. Until today I didn’t not know this place existed, I think they might get pushed to the outside from a few bigger names in town but if you have a boat and need a clean, affordable and spacious place to sleep i don’t think you can beat rivers edge.

This RV park has a nice location right on the St. John’s River and leads out to Lake George. The large buoys at the entrance as well as the old houseboat seem to invite you in. The campsites are spacious. I noticed a tent pitched in one of the campsites, so I guess they are permitted.
