Thank you, Royce! You were a lifesaver. We've stayed here before as long term guests and had an emergency need for a night on our way back home. We were well taken care of for the night and made it home the next day. Would recommend RA Trails to anyone.

This park is absolutely terrific most friendly, welcoming and fun park. It is clean quiet ad Royce is an excellent manager and Mary as the entertainmen director always has something fun and cool things up her sleeve to get you out of your trainer . I have never felt so welcome in a park. OH the kitchen crew knows how to cook, always friendly and delicious. I Love this place and all residents. We even have a personal security. Guard, like a gated community. THANK YOU!

This park has lots of full-time residents. Some spaces have metal canopies housing RVs that haven't been moved for some time, and many RVs have "permanent" wooden stairs to their entrances. Trees are mature. The park is clean. Gravel traffic lanes through the park are wide. There is some traffic noise from US95, which is only a block away. The management (third generation) was very helpful in accommodating us and getting us situated for a simple overnight stay. I would stay here again.

We always love staying here. It was hot, but we were only here 1 night. 50A full hookups for $31 a night! Can't beat it.

Stayed at Riverside Adventure Trails for about two months. It was okay. Nothing to rave about. It's a huge park with over 500 spots. Too big in my opinion. Some of the residents were nice, other people were rude and inconsiderate. They have security at the entrance of the park as well. Again sometimes the security officers were friendly, other times they were completely rude.

This is an older park but the people and staff are amazing! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed ourselves very much!!! Will definitely go back

The good: nice little pool and hot tub. Good rates and the people here are friendly. The bad: it's a 55+ only community The ugly: their septic system seems to have issues because it smells near the cactus garden. Also it is really close to a McDonald's and other city businesses.

We just spent a week here! It's a really great campground. Loved using the pool, the laundry facilities. They have lots of activities to keep you entertained if you need it. The people from the front office, to the people who live here, are really friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The folks here are very friendly. I love to play Bingo and other things that are offered certain days. The campground is very close to pharmacies, gas stations and grocery stores. We are planning further trips. We really love this campground. Very dog friendly also.

Park is great employees not so great. Thomas Millett ( security guard ) and Pauline ( cleaning lady ) puts cameras in the men's and ladies public bathrooms to catch tom and crystal coverdale not doing their cleaning job. So everyone that goes in to shower or use the toilets are being recorded. Thomas Millett also smokes pot while in the guard shack and Pauline ( the cleaning lady ) sells drugs out if her camper.

I'm so bad at names, but the gentleman and his wife that ckd us in today, Christmas Eve, are such a delightful couple. Made us feel right at home. I hope he enjoys his homemade cinnamon rolls that she has made for him for 66 yrs. What a beautiful tradition and couple. Spaces are big and comfy and price is right. Merry Christmas 🌲❤
