“Warning: sewage mixed ‘Potable’ Water. Stopped at Riverside RV to dump grey water and refill fresh water. I used the spigot right next to the dump station, after confirming with the front desk that it provided potable water — they clearly said it was safe to drink. After filling my tank, I discovered the water inside my RV was extremely yellow — obviously not normal. It looked contaminated, almost like it was mixed with sewage. I returned to the reception, and the staff initially claimed it was due to “minerals.” Later, they suggested I try the spigot inside the campground. I did — and the water there was crystal clear. This proves the issue is not about minerals but about the poor quality (and possibly contaminated) water from the exterior spigot that they charge $15 for. I’ve attached a video clearly showing the difference between the yellow water from the outside “potable” source and the clean water inside. If you’re stopping here just for a quick water refill, be warned — the water outside is not safe.

Showed up after boondocking for days and were definitely ready for a water fill on the RV, laundry and showers at the most expensive campground we booked for the trip. However, their water was not working. They did not notify us and would not give us a discount (which was requested with the gentlemen working). We were already fully set up at the site and made friends when we found out there would be no water. They would only refund if we left completely. We requested a cash refund, worried our credit card would not process a refund since we had booked 6 months in advance and they became very defensive and upset. They finally issued the credit so we could confirm it went through before we left. So after an exhausting, busy day, we took off to find water and a different place to camp with a dirty pile of clothes going into boondocking the next 3 nights again.

Beautiful Campground! Great service, clean, hot showers, multiple washers & dryers, quiet, & relaxing. Three Bears Convenience Store/Gas Station across the street. Miller's Ice-cream & coffee next door.

This campsite right next to the river was an amazing 3 days. They were friendly and the restrooms were very clean. Would love to come back

Great stop on the way from Anchorage to Denali. Easy campsites right on the river. All amenities were great including a picnic table and fire pit. Firewood is available & showers were nice.

47 States and countless RV parks - this was the worst experience by far. Maybe this use to be a nice place but I believe it has new owners recently. Where to start. When we arrived nobody was in the office. Sign said they were doing chores. Rang the door bell that was there. Nobody. Called the number that was posted everywhere and the office phone rang. Eventually a friendly guy came in and said the person that ran the place was not there right now, they weren't really sure what to do, but did get us checked in. No big deal... Small hiccup. We arrived on a Saturday and there were a lot of weekenders there having fun. Again, no big deal. Live music next door ran until about 11pm. It was Saturday, no big deal. Sunday we get woken up at 6am from 2 young boys playing football right outside our trailer in the park road having a cussing match. Wasn't happy but shrugged it off. Monday we get woken up at 430AM! The same 2 young boys playing football and having a cussing match. Was not happy. Called the office. Someone answered, said they would handle it. My wife had to go out and tell them it was 430am and our bedroom was right there. They apologized and moved to behind our camper and played until about 6am. My wife went to the office once it was open and told them what happened. They apologized and said that was not acceptable. "Maybe they are adjusting to the time difference." Well, there are a lot of Alaskans that live in this park full-time, that is where the boys were coming from so we knew it wasn't a time difference thing. But the real kicker was when we went to do laundry (located in the office) and one of the boys was in the office because he was their kid!! So they just lied to us and it was the people running the place allowing their kid to go out and play in the park at 430am. 1 load of laundry is $8 FYI. Also, there are no "riverside" sites. There is a half of the park that is CLOSER to the river that they will charge you extra for but nobody has riverside sites. There is a little part where anyone staying in the park can go down to the river. Would not stay again. This was the only bad experience we have had being in Alaska for 2 months now.

After reading the mixed reviews we decided to be optimistic and give it a try. We booked a deluxe waterfront site. There is nothing deluxe about the campground. We did have full hookups, but the water pressure was sporadic. The 30 amp breaker could not handle one air conditioner and the hot water heater. We had to put the hot water heater on gas to keep from tripping the breaker. The grass has not been mowed. There are no waterfront sites here. There were junk cars, a tree line out my back and the driveway out the front. Campers were on each side. I would not call that waterfront.

While the location is convenient and the owners are nice, I was disappointed in the amenities. Stayed for 4 nights and the bathrooms were clearly not cleaned contrary to the sign that said "cleaned daily." The bathroom trash was overflowing and the paper towel dispenser never worked. Also, online it said fire ring and picnic table at every site, but ours did not have one and we had to move one from an empty site. On another note, my childen enjoyed the playground and between our 2 sites, we had room to play games.

Above and beyond service from the owner and the employees. Great for the family, everything you need in one spot. I recommend to anyone ever in life to spend time at this park. But remember to always keep 2 feet of slack on the end of your fishing pole to have the best experience of your life.👍👍

Very nice campground. Lot size is nice and big with picnic and fire pit. They have wood to buy and an ice cream shop next door. My boys went fishing and I looked for rocks in the creek. Nice, quite and staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stay here for sure.

Leslie, our host, was most gracious and helpful in getting us set up with a shady campsite close to the river. The park has plenty of full hook-ups including sewer. It’s quiet and right on the river. The bathrooms, showers and laundry room are the cleanest I’ve ever seen! And plenty of room in the bathroom (separate from the showers) and plenty of individual shower rooms. There were 8-10 washing machines and dryers and the laundry area was roomy. There was lots to do and see in Fairbanks and we ended up staying two extra nights beyond our original plan. Highly recommend this RV park!
