This place is great! The cabins were much larger than I expected & they’re super cute! Jessica is super nice!! She was easy to book with and she and her staff/family definitely made us feel welcome! We also did the airboat ride across the street - highly recommended & literally 100ft away, it was a blast. We’ll definitely be back, it’s also in the perfect location between multiple springs.

Absolutely loved Riverside Lodge Resort! Beautiful, clean cabins, amazing nature and water surrounding, lots of cabins but so nice and quiet and the staff couldn’t be any kinder!! Kayaks and other things available to make the stay even better, definitely took full advantage - Brought my dogs and all, Highly recommend!

Very quiet and peaceful, but if you’re looking for a campground to enjoy, family fun, besides only riding the golf carts in a circle this is not it. He’ll tell you, you can swim in the water and it’s murky with gators if you want to swim go to rainbow springs. The cabin was nice and clean but reality very different from what we was told. We don’t party we wanted to have a good camping style experience and for us this place was not it. Also rented golf carts and a heads up take pics before and after luckily we did idk if there’s a trick they do or there just judgmental but they called 4 days later after we left and said the golf carts was dented in back, good thing we have proof like we always do cause they was trying to get more money. Everyone has there own experience but this was ours and I wouldn’t come back

We enjoyed another wonderful weekend getaway at Riverside Lodge Resort. It has officially become our go-to spot when visiting family in the area. Jessica is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The cabins are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering everything we need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in cabin 3 this time and my only complaint is the split unit air conditioner cools the bedroom nicely but not the rest of the cabin as well. It was still comfortable. We went to Walmart in the Villages and picked up a stand rotating fan which helped circulate the a/c. The park itself is so quiet and peaceful, tucked away in a relaxing location that makes it easy to unwind. We love this hidden gem and can’t wait to come back again and again!

Cabin was cute and clean. Staff was nice but Campground didn't offer much by way of amenities and rv hookups are literally few feet from cabin which allowed for us to enjoy waste smell. Wouldn't go back only because they have crammed the rv spaces into cabin yard so besides awful smell, you get zero privacy

Very nice woman in the front desk. Very friendly residents also. Unfortunately the cabins are not wheelchair accessible would be too difficult to get my son's wheelchair in. I'm not sure the front doors are wheelchair accessible ADA friendly. They look awfully tight. Also the bedroom does not have a door and refrigerator is very tiny. There are free kayaks for the cabins although I thought the website said the boats were free also but looking at the lake I wouldn't want my girls in there it's probably full of alligators it's very stagnant water like a very deep large puddle. There's not really much to it at all. Doesn't look like there's any kind of events going on or anywhere much to congregate except the main office. After looking around I decided not to stay there because it just didn't look worth the $130 a night. It's the first place also that we have ever been charged a pet fee for my son seizure dog. The lady was nice and I've been gave me refund because it had only been about 10 minutes.

Quaint! Angel administers the lodge and she takes great interest in ensuring your stay is excellent. Chris is the resident handyman who makes sure everything works. They make a great team! I will come back to enjoy this place again.

Absolutely loved this place, so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful cabins fully equipped with everything you need. Pet friendly which is a plus. Canoes and kayaks available for free or rent a little boat. A big campfire and swing with a fishing pier. It also has a little island that has built up platforms to put up tents with a hammock and it's own picnic area and bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place. Kids loved it so we will definitely be back!
