Great place to stay. Near all places in Brownwood. It has a beautiful park along with lake, walking trails and a Frisbee golf course. No many places, so call ahead. Great place to unwind and relax.

Super easy to get a spot here. Friendly and efficient staff. The spots are pull through, so easy in, easy out. Laundry, showers, bathrooms. Nothing fancy here, just a clean, pretty place to stay for a few nights.

The city has. Accomplished some wonderful updates to Riverside Park. My wife and I have been walking there regularly. The park is very well kept. We like all the shade there is while we walk the concrete paths! The nature trail in the back of the park is very nice too!

Very small park, clean and inviting, in an excellent location with great WiFi. There’s no office so be sure to know what site you’re in before heading in. They even have private bath with showers, not the locker-room style found at so many other parks. Only suggestion we have is to install picnic tables. We had to buy a small folding table at the nearby Walmart.

Unfortunately, our trailer needed some emergency work done in town. Fortunately, after the shop made the necessary temp repairs, we were able to secure a spot here. It was well priced and had long paved pull through sites with full hook ups. There are pecan trees and a bit of grass between the sites. There are no picnic tables or fire pits which didn’t bother us much. There are showers and laundry machines which we did not utilize. There is a wonderful and peaceful park right there that has a playground, a field, and walkway. It was a nice and quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this place in mind if ever we are in the area again.
