As part of Laughlin’s first hotel and casino, this park provides travelers with more than just a place to park; it serves as a gateway to desert entertainment and riverside relaxation. Visitors can enjoy the contrast of the rugged Nevada landscape against the vibrant lights and amenities of a full-scale resort property.
Location & Surroundings
Situated in the heart of Laughlin, Nevada, the park is perched near the scenic Colorado River, offering easy access to waterfront activities. The surrounding area is characterized by the striking Mojave Desert terrain and the nearby Black Mountains. Its position on the border makes it a perfect base for exploring both Nevada and Arizona, with Bullhead City just across the water. The proximity to the Laughlin Strip ensures that dining and entertainment are never more than a short shuttle ride away.
Amenities & Park Features
The park is designed for convenience, featuring hundreds of spaces with full hookups including water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electricity. One of the standout features is the complimentary shuttle service that connects the RV park directly to the main casino resort. Guests also benefit from essential on-site facilities such as laundry rooms and shower suites. Beyond the basics, RVers have access to the hotel’s amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a cinema, and a bowling center, providing a high-end experience.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do, from boating and fishing on the river to exploring the engineering marvel of Davis Dam. A short drive takes visitors to the historic mining town of Oatman, Arizona, famous for its wild burros and Old West charm. For those who prefer staying closer to home, the Riverwalk offers a pleasant path for strolling past various resorts, while Lake Mohave provides a stunning backdrop for kayaking or hiking through diverse desert ecosystems.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is an excellent choice for social RVers and entertainment seekers who want the excitement of a casino environment within reach of their doorstep. It is particularly well-suited for winter visitors or snowbirds looking for a managed community with robust facilities. Very large park, mostly back ins. Lots of long term residence. All roads paved, wide, good loops. Pull thru sites very narrow, 100ft long , vehicles/trailers in the rear, no left or right space, can't really use awings. Water and electric good location. Concrete pad for RV, level gravel, slightly down hill toward pad. Full sun, no shade. Cable tv had poor reception and channels would cut out often. Shuttle available for casino. Casino pool was not clean, the food was not great. Left early no refund given.

Marginal at best. I made a prepaid reservation for two nights online and then called on the road the day of to confirm. They had put in the dates incorrectly. Luckily they had spots available. We arrived after hours and picked up our reservation info and set up camp. Kind of a dumpy spot but we figured two nights and we were going out anyway. We spent the evening at the casino gambling and ate dinner and planned on going back the next night. Unfortunately, they made us leave the next day because the hard copy of my RV registration showed that it had expired the week prior, something I was aware of. I explained to them that it arrived in the mail the day after we left on our trip to Texas but it was current with the DMV. I showed them a copy of the email receipt from the DMV showing when I had paid for it online and a picture of the envelope from the USPS. They literally wouldn’t believe anything I told them! I’ve never seen anything like this at an RV park. What a joke. I understand this is their policy. But if it’s so freakin important, why do you let anybody through the gate without checking it prior to entry! We drove right in the night before without anyone giving a rats ass! They were so rude at the front desk, we’ll never go back. Planned on spending some more money in town but drove home that day. Go somewhere else.

Spent a week there in July. Very hot so place was uncrowded. Booking and check in was easy and the excellent staff accommodated my request for early check in. Very roomy space and near the skybridge so I only had to walk about 150yds to get to the air-conditioned spaces. There is a shuttle if you don't feel like walking. Coin-Op Laundry facilities were very clean, a wash load was $2.50 and dry was $2.00. Office has quarters. and they sell laundry soap, TV coax cable and other items you may need. Space had 30/50amp power, sewer and water. I enjoyed my stay and only things I could think of to make it even better is upgrade the Wifi for better speed and coverage. You pay $20 for a week and only get 1mbps download? (Space 180) Also bring a female to female TV coax connector as The one provided on cable is male.
