I absolutely love this place. It is a community so take that into consideration with occasional noise or friendly banter from other tenants but nothing terrible at all. Privacy is respected. Lots of shade trees and you can sit right next to the creek if you like. Right next to the park are walking trails and dog parks close by. I do like to stay here. The management is awesome and accommodating. They make a big part of the stay comfortable.

DONT READ OLD REVIEWS. I almost passed on this because reviews say that they discriminate again tattoos and piercings. That's old new. The stuff has them. It was a great little spot with friendly neighbors. The staff was super accommodating and everything. So check the date of your review before you judge a place.

I stayed with creekside RV while relocating to cache county for 1 month. This were very accommodating and easy to work with for my spot. The area was nice and quiet, other tenants were friendly and the park was clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again for long term stays. The park manager, MeLisa Sharp was easy to get ahold of and was able to help answer my questions and get me set up very quickly. I had no issues with the hookups to my RV and was able to have enough room to keep my daily commuter car at my site with my truck and trailer. They have a nice field for walking dogs in and the park was easy to get a decent size RV in and out.

Run down park. Mostly long term tenants. It's a trailer park. Had to scout an exit path because of extensive low lying tree limbs. Didn't feel comfortable. We were only RVers there. Regretfull night.

There was only one site when I pulled in at 10pm and I think it's the one they use for travelers. Most peeps there live there. At 10 pm, I was well taken care of. Full hookups. Bathroom only one toilet, 1 shower I think. Dilapidated but clean. Reasonable laundry fees. If they want to, they have the right to make their own rules, per other long-ago posts.Quiet. Pricey @$40 a nite and that's the only reason I would stay elsewhere.

You must be kidding me. Sign upon entrance reads "if you have exposed tattoos or body piercings - don't not enter!!(cover all at all times)." I'm sure the owner of this place used to have many other signs prior to equal opportunity. They got my $ for the night but maybe I'll be kicked out when they find that I am a heavily tattooed camper. Either way I'm leaving in the morning - wouldn't give this place another $1. Bathrooms weren't too bad other than that people that are over 5ft tall being able to view you in the shower that has no curtain. There are 3 tile showers & one toilet in the Men's. Other than that you have your sketchy cars driving in & out at night + long term residents who gives you that welcoming "who the hell are you?" Look.
