We had a GREAT TIME this past weekend over the holiday. We were right at the creek. Easy to park a big camper. Very clean park, washer & dryers & CLEAN restrooms!

What a cool place. The river is very clear with a sandy bottom. When it storms it’s to rough for the kids to play in, but other than that it is great for swimming. Very brisk and cool. The campsites are nice with a patio. It’s a smaller campground which is nice for the kids. This is a Christian owned campground also. Very wonderful people. I would come back here again. It’s a very nice place.

This is the best kept secret of the gulf shores area Located right along styx river and it is fun to go down to the pavlon, and watching all the tubers going down the river The locals treat you like guest and family They just did major upgrades. There do this storm damage... They are open and ready for business Staff is second to none and will go out of their way for your vacation holiday

Very clean and quiet small park easily off Hwy 10. We had a nice 5 weeks here while sightseeing the Gulf. Would definitely stay again. Would have given 5 stars if there were community events.

This is a really nice little park. Spacious lots (most if them). Well kept grounds. Very friendly personnel. Have nice little Pavillion next to the river (*creek where I'm from), seems to be well used by the folks that stay there. Lots of them sit in the river, or use other floats to enjoy the cool water. Less expensive that a lot if places too. Better WiFi than most too. I recommend it, trust me, I know about these things. Plus, plenty of dog walk spaces (clean up after yer dogs!) I would give it 5 stars, but nobody gets five from me )even if they pay me). So very high rating.

We are a fulltime family, and camped at Riverside RV Resort in our fifth wheel for 1 month. The nightly stay cost is reflective of a monthly stay rate. This campground is very convenient to I-10. We checked in at the office and given our vehicle passes. We were able to navigate the campground roads and to our pull through site #6 without issue. The roads are paved and all of the sites are concrete. Our site was long enough for our camper and tow vehicle. The sites do not have a picnic table. Water, electric and sewer hookups were all close by and no issues. AT&T cell service was great, 4 bars. We were able to work remotely with an AT&T hotspot with no external antenna. We didn't use the laundry room; unable to leave info on that. You can receive packages at the office and there is no charge to pickup. Down by the river there is a nice pavilion with tables, chairs and a TV, along with a relaxing swing! There are a few walking trails around the campground as well. There is a Walmart in Daphne and Pensacola that are both 25 minutes from the campground. There is a Piggly Wiggly in Loxley, 2 exits up on I-10. Most of your big box stores, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants are roughly 20-25 minutes away in Daphne, AL or Pensacola, FL. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a perfect example of a well-run family campground. The roads are paved, the sites are well spaced, and they have concrete pads. Utilities are great and all in working order. The owners - super friendly and helpful. Could not ask for better. Next time in the area, we will stay here again.

This is a no frills rv park down by the Styx River. But very quiet, other then the traffic noise of I10. Clean park, restrooms and laundry room. Well maintained. Owner is very nice. Rates are reasonable. 25 miles to major shopping. AT&T is not bad. Verizon is 1 to 2 bars. Bucees is about 10 miles Water is clear pics don’t do it justice 49 miles from Gulf Shore and 50 miles from Pensacola FL

Owners here are super nice. They helped us out when we had to change a tire on the trailer. You're close to Pensacola and Orange Beach. Styx River is nice and clear with a sand bottom. It's nice to sit in and just hangout. Laundry room is pretty nice too. The people who stay at the park are 50/50. Half are nice and the other half made me feel like I was an alien lol.

A quick one-night stay at a decent sized RV park. Most spots are pull through, which is great. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. Friendly staff.

Dan, Barb and our fur baby Bella absolutely loved, loved and extremely loved this resort! The paved roads and concrete lots and patio made it so easy to back in and level our travel trailer! Very well kept rv resort and the owners and staff were extremely friendly, courteous and would help out anyway they could to make your stay the best experience possible! The full-time residents and short-term campers were all very friendly and also very helpful, also the bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities were all brand new as when we got there they were still in the process of Hurricane Sally clean-up! They did a marvelous job in a short time! We are making Riverside RV Resort our winter home every year from October-May, as we did last season! We hated to leave but Barb can’t handle extremely hot and humid weather! This winter I want to see what normal winter weather is really like in Southern Alabama!

This is a good resort. The concrete lots are great l, especially for units that struggle to level. The staff is very courteous and personable. Basic amenities and no real pet area. Also, restrictions on pets make it difficult for those who have a certain breed of dog. If you own a Dane or husky breed (any type) amongst a pretty long list of others, you will not be welcome to stay here.

It was a good time, and all were extremely nice and accommodating. All cement spots and quiet.
