Riverview Campground on Guntersville Lake is worth visiting. Nestled right on the lakeshore, it offers a unique mix of lakefront lots with stunning views and quieter spots set a bit further back—perfect for a range of camping preferences. Despite being fairly crowded during our stay, the layout still provided enough privacy to relax and enjoy the afternoon with family and friends. We spent quality time out on the water in the boat and later fired up the grill. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, a reminder of how great it is to unplug and soak up nature. We’ll definitely be returning!

First timers here and it was very nice staff was exceptionally helpful when we arrived helped us through the gate and showed us to the site. We like the waterfront number 7. Neighbors were friendly very family oriented Had a special treat Saturday night with free cookout meal which was wonderful so nice didn't have to prepare meal that night then it was music karaoke. We also didn't have the right plug and they gave us one to use while there. Thank you Riverside for a nice weekend.

My family and I stayed here for two months while I did some contact work in the area, and we could not have been happier. The owner Denise and maintenance manager Phil were EXTREMELY polite, helpful, and friendly! Our site was very pretty and peaceful. Like most sites at RV campgrounds, you are able to see your neighbors, but the sites are spacious and had no problem accommodating my 37 ft pull behind trailer. During the week the campground was very quiet and mostly vacant; however, during the weekend when most campers returned, there was a lot of life and everyone was very polite and friendly! There was also easy access to the lake for us to go kayaking or fishing. If I ever return to the area for more work I would definitely want to stay at this campground again! For anyone looking for a nice relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful RV campground, I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful location, very clean, extra helpful and friendly owners. We've been here four times for a few days each year and like it more every time. It's casual, laid back, family friendly, very quiet. The owners also very graciously host the annual Alabama UkeFest, making dozens of ukulele players very happy, and it's great fun for all of us who love homemade music.
