This is a very nice park with a lot of beautiful people lot of folks here have been here for 10 years plus past owner did a very very good job on maintenance and keep up snow removal grass cutting trimming tree trimming restrooms are always clean laundry room is always clean very good job.. we now have new owners they seem to be very nice not so much in the maintenance zero maintenance no snow removal space rents going up this is a 55 plus Park but we will pray that things will get better...

This is a very well maintenanced mobile home and RV Park in lapine Oregon this is a destruction of a home that needed to be destroyed demolition started today and finished in three now it's ready for a new one very good company very good management under Tom so we recommend this mobile park at any time

Nice place, just far enough off the highway to be quiet. Half hour from Bend. Large spaces, pretty treed setting, very reasonable prices, and the owner was a pleasant guy. Showers old, but spotless and plenty of hot water. Good wifi. And a pleasant little nature walk in the back, just ask for directions at the office. Saw deer on the property. We will definitely stay here again.
