The woman who helped us was very nice, but that's the only positive thing I can say. This place was a dump. The paint on the office building was all peeling off, no water in the pool and it was surrounded by weeds, trash in the sites and we couldn't hook up to their water spigot because it was in a deep hole that we couldn't reach. I can't believe they're still in business.

We were working in garden city and choose this campsite. We “paid” for November by dropping off a check at the beginning of the month. We were paying by month and had stayed in September and October. We left November 11, went to the front and they said they would wave what we didn’t use. Of course that makes sense because we wouldn’t be there the other 19 days of the month. December rolls around and we get charged for an entire month. So we call today and are told that we paid for the month so we would be charged for the month even though we weren’t there. When we brought up that we should just be charged for 11 days they said there is no law stating that so they can charge us anyway. That’s stealing and I advise you to steer clear from this site and the owners. It is not kept clean. We had a tree fall in our site and it was left the entire time we were there and nearly none of the outdoor outlets work. I recommend Garden City Rv Park instead.

I travel quite a bit for work I've probably rated a dozen or more RV parks. Check in here was simple and laid back. The park is clean my neighbors are great. Could use a tiny bit more parking area but that's because my personal truck is a tank and I also have a work truck. The price is fair and the location is close to work.

The park is old and could use lots of tlc. Sewer smell this morning was bad. The man who checked us in was nice enough and helpful with directions to restaurants. Our space was level but the water hookup required an extra long hose. Water pressure was very low. But the wifi strength was very good. Pay cash and save $ fee on credit card.

I'm actually not rating because after testing 5 outlets in three electric boxes that each showed "bad ground", I didn't stay.
