We are retired and stay for one month each year. We are very impressed by the cleanliness, appearance, and condition of all the units we have stayed in. However, the internet and connectivity leave a lot to be desired. It is spotty at best and at one unit, there was none.

So, where to even begin... We are in-between homes, sold one, and are waiting for one and finish the school year. The staff here are exceptional! Customer service based, respectful, and easy to talk to. The amenities are enough: community pool, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball, and even a little pond to get your fishing fix. The long-term residents are respectful and cordial. This will be an adventure that we will remember for the days to come.

We love to sit on the porch and have breakfast. Food is excellent, waitresses are friendly, and service is good. It's also very clean.

Affordable and in a great location. Only a few miles to numerous different beaches Stores etc. Nice folks w a great pool, golf and fishing etc laundry and showers are really nice. Def worth a stay! Also has a café and a store in location.
