I love it here because its very nice and inexpensive. But from my experience so far Im having are neighbors behind me are getting to comfortable not respecting my property after asking nicely to please avoid wetting the back side of my rv, i work hard for my things, Mind you my storage door is already getting stuck and its full of hard water spots from neighbors keep spraying it.

Great place to park your rv, travel trailer or 5th wheel. Bathrooms and laundry rooms are cleaned daily along with the pool which is nice in summer heat. Maintenance guys are great and the office clerks are respectful would recommend staying here.

One of the least expensive RV parks around. Stayed here over a year, quiet yet kid/pet friendly as who doesn't love hearing kids playing outside. Pool/laundry facilities are all accessible. Office staff top notch and family oriented. If I ever need to stay at an RV park I will always choose this place first!!! Thank you, ladies, for an incredible first time experience

You know I try to help people in need, ones that I think could have it a little worst for wear. Like the family that live by me, 2 active children, a mom and a dad, I can tell hard times hit them, so I’m having a homeless guy who changed my oil the other day, I am happy with what he did.. the parents are so grateful for every little thing I do for them. The homeless guy, I gave him more than what he asked for, just trying to make things a little better for him. Told him I’d find him jobs as people would ask, got his phone number. The next day he thought I had a job for him right away. Explain it to him again, so I asked him by any change was he disabled, I did listen for quite a while how badly his body has been beat up by working construction. 🚧 the light went on, Idea 💡 I got him all the information he would need to sign up for disability, address to a place that helps people, he would be a lot better off than just keep doing what his doing, gave him $10.00 so he’d had two days worth of 24 hour passes. But when I said he could go down there tomorrow and get signed up.. he told me, that’s not happening tomorrow, then he asked for more money, that’s happened twice, and I’m on SSI anyway, not a rich women for sure. Sad to say, he does this job tomorrow looking at and maybe fixing my little family’s van. 🚐 I told him that’s all the jobs I have for him, and when he gets paid tomorrow for the job.. I won’t do anything for him, until his done something for himself.. First!!! Two things I’ve learned in life.. you can’t help someone who won’t help themselves.. anything I was think about with another person and his wife.. well ya can’t fix stupid either. Oh life, you can only did what you can do, the rest is up to them, and God! I’m sure grateful for my blessings. And I’ve never even read the Bible either, but I do have a heart ♥️
