I tried for 8 days to call office to pay my storage fees no answer I sent emails to owner no response I have been a good customer for years yet now feel different Woman did answer one day but yelled at ne swire at ne very vulgar mentally unstable told me ti call back and hung up Tried calling back for 3 days no answer will have to call police soon to see what is going on

Arrived here a month ago and decided to stay a bit longer. Park is inbetween two other parks . LOTS of room and less noise of morning workers of other parks near bye.L.V. Very friendly staff and great neighbors and easy commute to WALMART and other shopping... Updated Laundry room with whirlpool machines and easy comfort of bathrooms...Thank you again Roadrunner Rv!

We had a nice stay, the residents are kind and caring. However, the kids' park is rather dangerous and there's no seats on the seesaw..? Random metal in the kids park (I had to tweeze metal pieces out of their hands) and not much for the kids to do. Perfect for adult stays w/o kids. Seems as though it used to be a bumping joint; pool, hot tub, rec hall with a pool table. The pool was filled in with sand and a long term camper informed me that the hot tub hasn't been used in years. This place definitely needs a revamp.

They have nice little tent spots. The staff here super nice and super helpful. The restrooms here are super clean. And for a tent spot The Price is Right. Anyone who's passing through Deming New Mexico. I highly recommend this place.

Came here to get some propane. The man helping said he pumped 2.7 gal. Yet the woman inside charged us a different amount and when we called back stated me lied . Just beware!!

Super friendly staff. Clean park. hot showers. New laundry machines. Great place for a stop. Real quiet night.

Just far enough away from tracks and I-10 to be quiet. Clean. Inexpensive. Fewer barking dogs than last time.

Kind of rundown but a pleasant overnight stay. Large sites and night time check in box for after hrs. Check in. Will stay again if in the area!!
