  • Clean, modern bathhouses and laundry facilities are available.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

The primary draw of the area is the opportunity to swim with manatees at Three Sisters Springs or King’s Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy world-class kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing in the crystal-clear waters of the Nature Coast. During the summer months, scalloping in the Gulf of Mexico is a popular local pastime. For a change of pace, nearby wildlife parks offer views of native species like Florida panthers, manatees, and alligators in their natural habitats.

Way overpriced, shower houses could use renovations, pool closes way to early, our site098A was an afterthought roots from trees and bushes made the lot uneven and was not enjoyable to sit out, and it was very close to the road and you could hear all the big trucks going by. I’m pretty sure I won’t be staying here again.

I've been here about two months and we like it here. I currently live here in my camper with my family. Its calm clean and kept up nice. I love there no partying going on. I love how quit it is most the time. I take my dog for her walks and at times with my family.

We spent 2 days there, but we booked for three nights. We left early because there is nothing to do at this park. You can ride your bike through the whole place in less than 30 minutes. The problem is we thought it was an RV resort, but it is a trailer park. Almost the entire occupancy are residents. They do a good job of keeping the grounds clean, but there are also numerous trailers and 5th wheels with trash all around them. They should be more up front on their web page and let people know it is a trailer park, not a resort.

We stayed at this park on a cross-country RV trip. Excellent location for those looking to do a manatee excursion like we were, as it’s very close. Beautiful park with tons of shade. Very narrow roads though and many of the sites had us scratching our heads on how people manage to get an RV in there. Pool and bath houses are very well maintained. Wish we could have spent more time here. Very friendly folks.

We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Sun Retreats Crystal River. We had site 73. It is very wooded and near the shower room. Showers are kept cool and each shower had its own toilet. WiFi was good and allowed us to watch TV on YouTube TV. Town and many restaurants are within 7 miles. Previous reviews complained about homeless issues and packages stolen but we saw none of that and ordered Amazon and the driver delivered it to our door. Gates were always shut. We hope to visit again.
