Permanent spots pay 2400 a year in lot rent plus utilities then brags about how they have internet, news flash for anyone considering it The shit barely works. If you work from home or an online student that needs to be able to get on the internet for any reason don’t waste time or money to come here. Not to mention with permanent spots the things they say they offer in the CONTRACT you will not receive.

Half of the patio furniture wasn't set up, and the front load washers detergent drawers were filthy and had mold in them.

We stayed at one of the deluxe cabins. The cabin itself was clean, and looked nice… But there was zero bedding on any of the beds. The nice lady at front desk said that it was stated in the reservation details, but we went back through our reservation, and the listing for the cabin, and NOWHERE could we find where it stated that there would be no bedding. This detail should be in the listing for the cabin itself! Overall a 4 star stay, but if I were to come back I would definitely bring my camper and rent a spot to park it.

Biggest issue here is the outdoor maintenance. They have docks that are adjacent to some of the cabins and there’s some that are obliterated, washed out or just deteriorated. And the docks that are accessible are either adjacent to other cabins so you’re practically going to other areas/cabins hoping other people aren’t there because the one you should have access to isn’t accessible. And if you do manage to find a safe cabin dock it’s probably overgrown to where you snag every time you retrieve your line (happened to me twice on 2 poles less than 10 minutes apart). The pictures show a safe dock, but half of it down underneath is overgrown. The other picture shows a dock that is fully washed out to the water. It looks overgrown (which it is) but there’s no dry or above-water way to access it. Everything else was great. The cabins are clean, and air conditioning works great and they have a bait shop that n site with other amenities. But for being a campground with fishing I just wish the fishing was more accessible.

We stayed here one night on our cross country trip we first were disappointed that our 42 ft camper hardly fit in the site that advertised as 45 ft which made it so we could not have a fire because the fire pit was 1 ft from our camper. The yard area was tiny. Which was fine for our 1 night but if staying longer, would be nice to have more space. The jumping pillow was extremely hot so we planned to go back on e the weather cooled off. We got there shortly after 7 to learn they turn it off at 7. The pool was a blast but had tons of locals that they allow to pay to come for the day. So was overcrowded. They had a outdoor movie I saw advertised on their website and the kids loved that before bed although nobody else was there. I think it'd be more successful if they told guests at check in! The kids had fun with mini golf and the parks! We really had a good time and would probably come back if we were through the area again, but it would be really great if they made a few adjustments!
