Nice camp, easy to get to, wide turns for big rigs, Del Rio Winery just across the street. The only downside is its right next to I5 but that can't be helped due to the width of the valley. Good base camp to explore Southern Oregon. We'll stay here again.

I go to the coffee shop once a week to play music & drink coffee with friends there. It's a comfy spot & I always feel welcome.

Why would you want to live next to the Highway on both sides of the park. Not to mention Cal King is a jerk. He is a money hungry owner. He WILL turn you away at any of his 3 parks he owns if you have a 5th wheel or a trailer that is not brand spanking new. I should know he made me leave his park after I lived there for 5 years because my trailer was to shot out. (his words) you will thank me for not even bothering to stop by.

I never write reviews but this is worth it. We have stayed here twice and both experiences have been amazing!! The owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our AC went down and we were in one of the dry camping spots and they let us move our motor home over to the front so we could have electric so our fan will work. Most places are not this accommodating and we will definitely be back. Also the sites are big and the grounds are very well kept up. I feel safe being here. We travel full time and this is the first review I have done. Thank you so much for providing an amazing atmosphere and all your help.

Convenient off the I-5. Clean, wide spots with plenty of room to navigate. Each spot has its own concrete patio and green space. Offers a coffee bar, food area, gift shop. We didn't get to enjoy these because it was closed for the holiday. We would definitely come back here! Stayed in our 2018 Keystone Outback 37-foot toy hauler.
