Great place. Beautiful campground that still has trees and woods so it's not just a gravel open lot. The host here is phenomenal. Go to the store before you get here because there are only really small general stores. 20 miles to the nearest grocery store or more. We came in a motor home pulling a 20 some feet enclosed trailer for utvs.

This place is very nice!! The guy that runs it is nice and helpful. We stayed in one of the small cabins (The Last Resort) and it was nice, clean, and comfortable. It is pretty small for the price paid, but for the area and the amenities, it was worth it. The pool is amazing!! So inviting and the water was a comfortable temperature. The kids and adults all enjoyed it! It was great being able to park our truck and sxs right next to our cabin. We never felt like we needed to worry about it. You can drive right to the trails from the resort and that is a huge plus! The downsides are: it’s somewhat hard to catch the guy running it to get anything from the store. He was the only one working the whole resort so he couldn’t be in more places than one. When my son wanted to play pickle ball, we had to wait for quite a while to be able to get the equipment. Next, the playground was a little disappointing for the kids. Seems like a place that size would have a bigger play area. What is there is decent, but fairly boring. Lastly, the outdoor shower was not working which was a bummer since we were all extremely muddy from riding all day. Would have been great to be able to shower off some before going inside the cabin. Also, you can’t wash your sxs off which sucks bc they were really muddy and dirty. Overall, we would recommend this place and will likely return in the future!

Nice RV park. Spaces are gravel but are huge to accommodate your rig and your toys. Very friendly staff as well.

Spent a few nights here this week, and I had a great time. They're mostly configured for RVs and cabin rentals, but they do have a few rustic/primitive tent sites near the creek. That's where I stayed. Obviously the big draw are the over 600 miles of ATV trails, but that's not really my thing. There is a beautiful salt water swimming pool which I used extensively in the heat, a pickleball court, hiking and Norris Lake available with a short drive. There is a grassy dog park area with a fence where the ATVs can't go, so you don't have to worry about someone driving a 4 wheeler or side-by-side up startling Fido as he does his business. There's also a little store that carries essentials and some riding gear as well. The host, Craig, and his assistant, Leigh, are just wonderful - friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bath house was clean with modern fixtures. Property is well kept and clean. One note for any fellow tenters...The rustic sites are rustic - basically a spot and a fire ring. If you need a table, seating, a rain shelter, or whatever, need to bring it with ya. I'll definitely be back, but think I'll shoot for a cooler time of year next time.

Excellent campground, accommodating camp hosts, very family and sxs friendly! Easy access to RRB trails and not far to trails at Tacket Creek. 10'ish miles, all road riding, no trailering. The pool is gorgeous and why we chose to stay here over other local options.
