Back in the 50s and 60s it was called Rattlesnake knob real nice clean little place now. Looks like good food going to put in some gas pumps Nice little hole in a wall very friendly people

This place is great they have a store on site which makes is great because there is not any other store for miles. And they are very friendly

Nice place right of the road, 10 mins from Hobbs, NM and Seminole, TX. Nice sites with a neat little 1.? mile walking path. Large covered sites. This was my first time staying in a covered site and it came just in time for the monsoon rain.

Our site was perfectly level, by the looks of other RV parks in the area this is by far the nicest. The lady in the office, Kendra was very kind and accommodating. We would stay again.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and RV life which has been super helpful for us 1st timers! The grounds, showers and laundry area are well thought out and clean. They also have staff and an office onsite for mail pick up, quarters, lot rent payments, etc. My fiance is here for work and I think we've found the best home away from home!! A bit of highway noise but that's to be expected with the location, the property itself is really quiet. I feel safe here at night and my pups are so happy. Great job making life a bit easier for these hard working guys and gals! No need to look any further, Mark and his team will set you up and he's even added several more covered lots!
