After searching for weeks, looking at every RV park between Corpus Christi and Port Lavaca... we found the best place ever! There is everything imaginable! Year round heated pool, dry sauna, horseshoe pits, hammock zone, BBQs placed around for use... for those who want to have a full event, there are full kitchens and TV rooms and so much more! Then... you get to meet Cindy and she is beyond fabulous! If you just want a holiday or if you are a winter Texan and want a LONG holiday... best RV park ANTWHERE!

Great little RV Park. Super quiet and clean! Nice pool and pavilion area. Also has a great Clubhouse with a full kitchen. The laundry room is clean, spacious and well maintained. Lots of full time guests that are very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Was nice place & quite friendly people. Only reason gave it 3 stars was because they didn't let us know that there was construction going on on the property next to the RV Park, also spots real close together for this country girl lol

Alot smaller RV park than what I expected. Pool is nice, Clubhouse is awesome with a community full size kitchen, couches, TV and pool table, laundry area is a little small and is outdoors so its very hot. Was a little disappointed in the restroom facilities- only 1 men and 1 woman shower room- had to continously stand in line at night to shower. Very close to Port Aransas and Rockport (depending on what beach you prefer)! Overall, enjoyable experience.
