We stayed here a few times before, after we got married in Shady Cove. Great place for guests to stay and loved it. This year to celebrate our anniversary we are here for 5 days. Seems like it has changed with more full-time renters, not that should be an issue but they let their dogs run loose! Sorry but with the rules imposed yet no full time staff, obviously the rules only apply to some of us. Already had 2 times today a dog rush up on my leashed dog and me! Not happy...

It was nice to stay here but I didn’t appreciate the way they made me feel when I tried to stay long-term. I have an older trailer that my parents gave to me and needed somewhere to stay due to our home having issues. They wouldn’t tell me why I was denied. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the trailer but they weren’t transparent. I have great credit but life has been tough with my girl and baby. I don’t like being discriminated upon because I don’t have a lot of money. I wrong go there again.

I love it here. My only complaint would be the occasional lack of up keep but that's been improving lately. The prices aren't bad and it's essentially river front property in a small town. I really like it here.

We got a river front lot. It's quiet and clean. Some reviewers said only one working washing machine but they had two sets fully functional (July 2023). $2.00 each - you need lots of quarters! Most are residents and older as well. This isn't the place if you want to stay up late, drink and be loud! The residents we met were all friendly. The bathroom was clean all the time (we stayed 4 days). Didn't use the shower but it looked clean as well. Yes the space is tight but it didn't bother us since people were quiet and friendly. We sat outside and watch th rafters go by, geese and deer on the other side of the river, etc. You can use the small swimming pool at Edgewater Inn. Its water was surprisingly clean - I'd assumed it smelled like chlorine but no. In large pools my kids get chlorine burn but they didn't with this one. There's a market across the street but groceries were more expensive than in San Diego, CA. Also oddly we weren't able to find any postcards. Not even Medford postcards.

Nice RV park. Only complaint I had was the laundry room. It needs cleaning pretty badly. Also, 2 washers and only 1 functioning dryer. But, I loved the walking path and the beautiful location on the river. Very well kept grounds. The manager was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the park.
