We showed up only a few days before the big Memorial Day weekend not sure if there would be room, but they gave us space. (This is also Boatnik weekend which draws in huge crowds.) We ended up staying three weeks!! Our spot had great shade and was at the end of a row, so we had a feeling of privacy. There are two pet areas that are small but clean. Laundry was good and loads were cheap ($1.50 per unit). Staff/ on site management were kind and always accommodating, even asked us if we wanted to stay longer (month to month rates really low at $500+electricity is a steal!). Everything is close by, many things walkable. As a full time travelers, being close to I5 is always a plus. Only thing preventing a five-star is the inconsistent wifi. If you work from home and need that, consider bringing your own. It would regularly just go off. And no other amenities at all. (Just showers, dog park, and laundry). As you see in pics attached, we did hikes, boat rides, local shopping and visiting (glass blowing was so cool!) so there's plenty to do. Grants Pass is one of our new favorites.

Stayed here 1 night. The pull thru was large enough for me to stay hooked up to my 31 ft travel trailer. Several restaurants within walking distance. Small but right in the heart of Grants Pass. WIFI was great to start then disappeared at night. Would stay here again for one or a few nights.

I just called in to discuss prices on nightly rates, conversation went well until I asked if there's a veterans discount. I was told veterans discounts are "frowned upon" Couldn't believe that's what I actually heard. I don't think I am owed anything for my service, but I am just amazed that people actually frown upon veterans discounts but honor a Good Sam discount...

The location of this rv park is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the Wells Fargo atm, fast food, and also the corvette bar which serves great food as well. I took advantage of the laundry room and got caught up. I will be staying here again.

Everybody working at the park was so friendly and easy to deal with. Our check-out date kept changing due to waiting for our belongings to arrive from CA and they were super accommodating. They even helped us get the leaves off of the sliders before we left. Absolutely recommend.

Great overnight stop close to restaurants and I5 within half a mile. Full hookup & wifi.

I finally got the hint and won’t be returning. I travel up and down i5 for work and was using Rogue Valley Overnighters as a stoping point. The WiFi is good even though it’s a little noisy. The old couple that run the place are always helpful and nice but the woman they have working the counter is dreadful. She always makes me feel unwelcome as if I am putting her out by coming. I dread when she is at the counter and I try to be as nice as possible but she is still very unwelcoming.

Great place to stop, easy to get into. Forgot my new surge protector. They called me and will mail it to me. Absolutely 1st rate people. Thank you

Quite a surprise to see this nice park tucked into the north end of town. Close to food and lodging and convenient to the freeway too.

Great family owned and operated RV park. Just off the main road into Grants Pass so easy to get to, but yet secluded enough you don't really notice the traffic. I was late getting in due to a mechanical problem with my truck. I kept the owner advised of my delay- he met me as soon as I arrived, guided me to my spot and helped me get parked in the dark. Very understanding and helpful!
