Don’t move here unless you wanna move to where your place is never mowed. They have trailers that are over 10 years old. They use window units hanging out their rigs they park on the grass. The manager has his best friend Richard, who lives in the office basically and taps on the phone all day long they spread gossip And the place is really gone downhill. You’ll see nothing but RVs with broke old tires on top of them window units hanging out the rigs people park in the grass. They rebuild their cars and put new engines in their vehicles right in front of their houses dogs unattended. It’s horrible. The manager JERRY is wrapped up with his 60 year-old girlfriend. That’s all he seems to care about and it’s everybody’s business if you look at her the wrong way you’ll get evicted. This place is nothing but a joke it’s gone extremely downhill since JERRY runs the place. It is absolutely ridiculous place to live. I’m telling you beware don’t go there. And most of the good reviews are the mangers friends.just drive through you’re also allowed German shepherds any bread any type of dogs of any type as long as they are not aggressive but yet we have one in here that has attacked a lady and her kitten and her dogs. They do nothing about it so good luck pictures to come about 46 of them

Great people, quiet park, plenty of showers/ bathrooms. Affordable lot rates and a roomy dog park. There’s even a pond you can fish in. Stay a day, week, month or come live here with us.

I have lived in the park for 6 years. It is the cleanest, family friendly, secure park in the area. The person who made the derogatory remark, bad mouthing the park is no longer here. I would have no problem letting my children run around the park. This park is under video surveillance 24/7. The management is outstanding and maintenance personnel are fantastic. In fact I will probably be here the rest of my life.
