I am pleasantly surprised about this RV Park. I have encountered several kind owners. The park is quiet. There are families with children, but the children are well mannered. The place is kept clean, the pool is kept clean. There are dogs but I don't hear them barking.

Small park, easy to get to off hwy 5. Daily, weekly rates; monthly rates for long term tenants on approved credit. Amenities: restrooms, showers, dog park, basketball court, pool and grills. Staff is bilingual.

I have had a “personalized service experience”, they are on top of things and they are friendly and professional; I have not had any issues or problems. The park is cleaned and the residents are polite to each other, no loud noises after hours and better yet, laundromat is conveniently available when needed as well as the showers. The swimming pool is clean and it has been ready for its residents to enjoy this hot weather. I do admit that I miss Margie and just having one person in the office it’s different but Kayla manages to keep up with park. Thank you guys for the friendly and clean environment you keep providing to your residents. I’ll give you 5+++

Nice overnight park. Grass and even a dog park with grass. Right on the highway for easy access. Friendly manager.

This place is nice but they have a lot of cockroaches and if you don’t buy the expensive spray they will get into your trailer once they’re in your trailer they are hard to get rid of. They have them really bad all over the ground at night time they are the worst. It’s summer time and the pool has been green twice already: The manager is snobby, wish she could learn how to do her job without being rude. The receptionist is nice she works hard.

The park it's self is welcoming. The office staff friendly professional people that are ready to help you with any questions that you have. The maintenance men are also friendly and helpful . If something needs to be fixed they do it in a timely matter. The RV Park itself is kept clean they have a small dog park and a place for small get togethers for children or family to play which includes a basketball court and barbecue pits. They don't have a clubhouse but they do have a restroom/ showers with security locks and a small laundromat. They're just far enough out of town that is pleasant and it's so quiet out here. Most of residences out here are permanents but they do take the temporaries. This summer 2021 they are installing solar and will not let nobody in until the project is done which is supposedly in September sometime.
