Very nice camp hosts - extremely attentive. Park is clean, well kept, even in the winter months. I rolled in late at night without a reservation (just a phone call) and they accommodated me.

Traveling East on the long weekend and needed a place to pull in for the night. The staff were very helpful and had a pull through spot for the night that was perfect. Shower and rest room were spotless and wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

We experienced engine trouble leaving Medicine Hat and had to stop. We were hauling a travel trailer destined for New Brunswick, and saw their RV sign on the Highway. We limped into the campground and found that they were full. Warren and Pam were very accommodating and put us in an overflow site. We needed some supplies and they offered their truck to use to run for supplies. They went above and beyond what any one would expect to service our needs. Now for the campground. It was very clean and well maintained with a new washroom building. The noise from the train was not an issue. This is a diamond in the rough. Thank you Warren and Pam for outstanding service.

Right off the Trans Canada highway in medicine hat. Owners were so helpful and friendly. We were escorted to our site and able to pull forward enough that we didn't need to disconnect since it was just an overnight. They have 50 amp service and brought us a dogbone to use, but we had our own. We needed another length of sewer hose, which they graciously let us borrow. The only drawback was the train noise.

We just spent a month at the Ross Creek RV Park and overall it was an awesome stay. The prices are very competitive, but the best thing about the place is the friendly atmosphere and the excellent Managers. Warren and Pam work very hard to keep the park clean, and they do all they can to keep the resident campers happy. They have a new shower/restroom building that they keep well stocked and spotlessly clean, and it sounds like they hope to add a laundry facility some time next year. If you read some other reviews you likely notice that some people find the neighboring railway tracks loud and annoying but we found that after a few nights we hardly noticed it at all. The campsites are fairly small but are more than adequate and defintely kept clean. They also have a nice community firepit with lots of firewood available for any campers that want to socialize around a campfire and visit their neighbors. It's a great park and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
