This place is incredibly noisy. It's at a lower elevation than the road and the traffic noise seems to be magnified. The oilfield trucks and ATVs run until about 11:00PM and the trucks are running again by 6:30AM. Good water pressure and 30 amp service but no sewer at the sites. There is a dump station and it was clean. Also has a clean and reasonably priced laundry. The roads are dirt/gravel and it was dusty while we were there. There are no trees and the road through the park was full of potholes. It is convenient to town.

Nice to be camped close to the lake, BUT…terrible run campground! Campsites are a joke, put your $100K trailer right beside your neighbours fire pit! My steps go basically straight onto a concrete picnic table because I wanted space between my trailer and the neighbours fire pit! Water hook ups are leaking water everywhere, power hook ups are not to code and cause a hazard to your trailers electrical! Campsite is clean BUT the washrooms are worse than a porta john on a construction site! Filthy, and stinks! Garbages in washrooms rarely emptied! The caretaker is a joke! I would stay somewhere else if you have a choice! Shower in your trailer!

Great place to stay on the road passing through. A pretty lake and kids play park right near the campsite and plenty of restaurants to eat at in town.

Very nice RV Park. Great location near Fort St John. There's a playground for the kids next door, and nice walking trails. Scenic view of Charlie Lake just steps away. Limited sewer hook up sites, good washrooms and showers for those with just power and water hook ups. Nice layout, picnic tables, fire pits and some bigger sites. Definately reccomend Rotary RV Park if wanting to camp near Fort St John.

Stay here anytime that a days travelling ends near Fort St. John. Good place. Good hosts, friendly and helpful. Very kind when you ask for something and mindful of your comfort. Good dog walking, lakeshore trail. Lots of room - clean showers and facilities. 5 stars!
