I was invited by my Lady her family has been apart of this community for a long time. Didn't know what to expect. I was blown away by the whole camp ground. People very friendly the hills on this property are amazing. Overall I want to get a spot at this site.

BED BUGS. My family stayed 3 nights in rustic cabin #15 the first weekend of October. It wasn't until LATE on our third night that we noticed the cabin was infested with bed bugs. Our 1 and 3 year old were already sleeping. No one to contact or in the office until 9am. We spent all night searching for bed bugs and found them within all the WALLS of the cabin and under the bed. We were horrified. When we were finally able to reach someone at 9am at the office, they sent the cleaning staff to come inspect. Upon confirmation of the bed bugs, we were informed our stay would be refunded (the least they could do). We had to request, ourselves, to have the general manager come to speak with us. He simply offered us a comped stay for another time in a different cabin. NO WAY! We had to throw away roughly $400 of personal property to try to keep the bugs from traveling home with us. We are still fearful we may have brought some home. It will take months until we are comfortable again. My husband, our 3 year old, and myself are covered in bites. The packnplay we had to throw out may have spared our 1 year old from bites. Our face, neck, stomach, legs, ankles. We are full of stress and anxiety dealing with the aftermath. No word from Roundup Lake management after sending TWO emails. We simply would like compensated for the loss of our personal property. At the very least, would like our frustration to be heard. We have been met with silence. Beware of their cabins. Check every crack in the walls if you ever trust to stay with them...

Friendly and helpful staff. The camping lots for rent are too few, but nicely kept. Those lots are too close to the road. Rather noisy. I very much enjoyed lounging at the pool.

I cannot give enough stars for the service that this establishment provided to our large church youth group that stayed with them for 3 nights. The customer service they exhibited was beyond exceptional. The campground was clean and there were many different recreational activities to do. The cabins that we rented were clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I received from the youth was they would have liked to have spent MORE time at the campground doing all of the many activities that was provided. Thank you Roundup Staff for making this trip an enjoyable time. A huge thank you to Hannah and Jarrod who helped coordinate the reservations and answered the many questions that I had during the reserving process for such a large group. You made it so easy.

We have been coming to this campground for over10 years now. Even though it is more expensive to rent a site than many other campgrounds, it’s the best. My boys love it and know the lay of the land. Since it is mostly seasonal campers now, there is not a lot of space for non-seasonal so make sure you book your weekend ahead of time! The lake is stocked for those that love to fish too. They also allow golf carts which is a must for us. I hear they do rent them now also.. They have a nice pool and it’s a beautiful park however, we were very disappointed this time with the wid bit in the lake at the beach. My kids look forward to getting on that every time and you can no longer go all around it in a big circle and it seems to be missing some of the fun areas to climb and jump off of….. all the boys came off and said that it sucked. For what the seasonal people are paying to keep their camper here during the summer months I sure hope they invest some money to get the old wid bit back!
