Not fancy, but good. It was so hot when we arrived yesterday that we spent the whole time cozied-up in our trailer and staying cool. Had we gone to Lake Havisu, we would have been forced to do the same. We visited the lake in early morning, before the shops opened. So, we DID get to see the lake but without the Lake Havisu City RV campground prices for electric, water and sewer. No RV leveling required for us. We were at site 14, a pull-through with no shade. A fiberglass (Scamp) travel trailer can handle this. If yours is a traditional build, I suggest requesting a site with shade. We were surprised to get so many Antenna TV channels! The bathhouse is rustic by some people's standards but CLEAN! The shower stall is good with no scary critters hangin' out. There is an adequate common space where the office is located. It has a full kitchen, places to sit and a TV to view movies on. Nearby are places to eat or to sit and sip a beer. I'm glad I chose this place over a place in the city.

This is a tiny little park (at least the part that I saw was. The lady that helped us was very accommodating especially since I thought I had made and paid for a night there but I hadn't! She not only got us in for the night but she also stayed on the phone with me to get to the park as the GPS delivered us to the wrong place! Anyway, we had power which was key. We couldn't easily access the water and sewer but that wasn't a huge deal for us. The WIFI was not great. But again, the staff was great and I really appreciated her willingness to help us.

Loved it here. The host was so friendly and funny! You could walk right out in the desert. Looks like a great area to ride Dune buggies and 4 wheelers.

Special park, great neighbors, super owners. They accommodate your needs. Beautiful views of areas nearby. Very comfortable, to relax, and enjoy, the small town.
