Absolutely an exceptional RV park. The staff, who checked us in, is the kindest lady you could ever meet. And, oh my…the residents who stay there, are so kind and welcoming. Just overall a great experience.

I'd give it less stars if it were an option. Not sure what happened to the last review I left here but it looks like it was deleted. That's okay; I've got nothing but time on my hands so I'll just write a new one. If you're a Trump lover, you'll fit right in here; otherwise, please save yourself a lot of time and trouble and look elsewhere. And if you still decide to stay here for the location: do not trust the locals because they will lie straight to your face while wearing a big, fake-warm smile. I hope everyone involved in selling me that trash RV is getting just exactly what they need in order to learn and grow. 🫶 They also claimed that I left without giving them notice when the mold filled RV I couldn't live in sat empty and for sale for months before it was hauled off. I'm not sure how much more notice they could possibly need. I would not recommend this park to anyone I actually cared about.

So far, so good! A quiet community, mostly 55+. They required a background check for those staying more than a month, and they seem to keep up the place pretty well. Not trashy, not loud, peaceful and quiet. Construction on the road, looks like they're widening it, so FYI. Conveniently located less than 30min from just about anything you need: groceries, restaurants, shopping. Diane is nice and helpful in the front office :)

Great park I lived there close to a year. Very well maintained and a beautiful area. The couple who manages the park Patricia and Ernie are great people. Always felt comfortable and safe. Great plac to park it.

Location has RV spaces as well as mobile home sites. Staff is very friendly. Lot rents are reasonably priced. The park is older but clean and well maintained. The residents are friendly.
