This is a really great RV Resort. Staff is exceptional. Brittany was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The value was incredible. Lots were large, concrete and level. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! This was our very first time using our newly purchased fifth wheel, and we were a little nervous about getting everything set up—but Brittany and Nolan made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Brittany went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with all of our questions. Nolan was just as amazing—he took the time to help us get everything hooked up correctly and walked us through what to do step by step. Their hospitality truly made all the difference and took away all the stress of being first-timers! The park itself is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell they really care about keeping everything in great shape for their guests. It’s conveniently located but still peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our first trip. We left feeling so grateful for the wonderful people and experience at Royal Palms. Whether you’re a seasoned RVer or a total newbie like us, we highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in great hands!

Extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful place. The pool is beautiful!! Staff is easy to work with. We were traveling for kids sports, which the local can change overnight. We were able to reserve our spot and they worked with us in case we had to move somewhere else. We will stay here every time we are in the area.

A Houston area hidden gem! Our family took the trailer here for the weekend and had a great time. Staff was responsive and accommodating. The pool was larger and much nicer than most RV resorts we’ve been to. RV sites were clean and the grounds were kept very tidy. The owner puts a lot of work into the grass which I really appreciated. It was like camping on a golf course! Will definitely be back.

I have spent an amazing 3 and a half years of my life living at this place. My husband and I got the adventurous spirit and sold our house to come and live here full time. From the very first time I saw the place, I fell in love with it. It has everything you need to live comfortably. The park is peaceful and the management enforce the rules consistently, making it a safe and reliable place. The lake and the nature scene are gorgeous, and to top it off, the pool provides an oasis for all. The park is greatly kept by the owner himself, and the grounds manager, who are so kind and helpful. Our lives are up to a new adventure and I will certainly miss the tranquility and beauty of this place. I highly recommend this place for anyone either traveling or looking for a place to call home.

5 star resort from the staff to the residents. The staff make you feel at home and like family. They keep the resort beautiful and clean. They have parties for residents/guests regularly and truly make your experience there incredible. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Royal Palms!

Been here for a few months and we love it. It’s quiet, peaceful and we feel safe. Never have issues with front gate or getting packages. Love that we can put a short “fence” around our little yard. Helps so much with the dogs. Most sites are quite large, we don’t feel like we are on top of each other.

This is a great place! Very quiet, very clean. The pads are awesome, and wide. Easily able to park my dually and the wife's Suburban next yo each other and still have room. They do a great job on up keep. Very nice pool. I will definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful stay and park! Every single detail was perfection! From entrance to exit of our stay we were treated with excellence in a park that is pristine with every detail thought of and provided for! I highly recommend Royal Palms RV Resort as one of our top stays in the last 6 years of traveling! We will come back to the Houston area to stay with them again based simply off our experience! We are a CA based family who loves to travel!
