RV Park at GSR

Nice level spots with full hookups and walking distance to the casino. Sadly they're turning the RV park into a parking lot. This will probably cause us to find another casino to visit 😞

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Overpriced, unorganized, unmanicured, not so clean dirt and rock parking lot. There are lots of stickers and debris everywhere. I don't think they've ever paid any attention to this side of the rv park. The other side is well kept, landscaped, and manicured. The ONLY 1 good thing was they were able to move us to a 50 amp spot, but they charged an additional $60. See the pics to see what $600 gets you for 4 days. Ugh, never again! PS. I usually only post good reviews as the bad ones aren't worth my time, but I just had to share this so that maybe they'll get their shit together and make it right for everyone else

Lovely and very clean.. bathrooms are large with clean showers.. plenty of space for RVs. Sadly someone stole the hitch pin of my family's RV . Had to purchase a new one .. perhaps cameras and better security. RV parking gives access to the GSR pool and fitness center. There is also a lake and golf area

The nice thing about Grand Sierra RV Park is you can use the facilities at Grand Sierra Resort as the hotel guests. The swimming pool is one of my favorites. The hotel bowling alley is another excellent place to go with friends. The RV park is full hookups. So, there is no problem in the summer as long as your air conditioner works well. I do enjoy my time with friends there.

The reviews for this RV Park seem mixed, and after staying here for 4 nights, sadly, I would have to agree with the negative reviews. The website boasts about all of these hotel amenities that are included in your stay, but a lot of them weren't open/operating. The shops had really crumby hours (some only open on the weekend). The RV sites themselves were fine. However, the washroom/shower houses were dirty. The toilet side seemed to be cleaned every couple of days, but the showers were definitely NOT cleaned for the duration of our stay. The same hairballs and clothing tags were on the ground for 4 days. One shower stall had fake eyelashes stuck on the walls and they were there the entire time. The water pressure of the showers were really weak as well. The laundry facilities were good, except I found a shrimp tail in one of the wash drums. The location of this RV Park is great. You literally walk across a parking lot to get to the hotel/casino. It's ok if you're just passing through and staying the night. I wouldn't recommend more than one night here though. TIP: get to the RV Park before the office closes. After hours check-in is at the hotel reception and those lineups can get really, REALLY long.

Great RV Park in a great location with many amenities and walking distance to so many entertainment options. Definitely a Top Choice in the Reno-Sparks area if you are looking for a fun experience with your RV.

Stayed at the RV park at GSR on the way north to Washington. Caveat - we aren’t gamblers or interested in any casino activities. So, the cost ($67/night) for a gravel parking space without any shade seemed high. Upside? Didn’t need to unhook (was a pull through site - and fairly level). The service staff was kind and helpful. Overall, wouldn’t stay again - unless looking for a crash pad and didn’t have time to find something better priced.

Great spot sizes... surprisingly quiet... great amenities... the spots in the 200s are hard to locate in the dark as they're not marked on the roadway. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Not sure but maybe should be a 1 star but for some rigs this will be great. We have a small 24ft travel trailer and will be here for 11 days. I took a back on site which was on gravel. I knew this ahead of time. What I was not told was the site would not accommodate my rig without extra extra long hoses, cords everything for hook ups. If I placed my rig in the proper spot for my standard sewer hose then the tongue would be in the street. Also the water pressure is 100 psi again if we had been told we could have been better prepared I hope they can find me a spot that will accommodateme if not I will have to move. Also they charge you a 15 dollar daily resort amenity fee of which we were not told about. Communication is the key to happy campers
