All I can say about this place for the times I've stayed here is that it definitely came a long ways from being there with 3 different owners and the place has improved alot. I've never had any issues or problems with anything or anybody until I dealt with the lady named Kathy. And from the sounds of things, I am not the only person who knows Kathy can be plain rude and unprofessional for the work she was hired to do for the new owners at this RV Park. And after reading several other comments, I can agree with another person who stated remarks about the bad mouthing and lying statements. Which is unprofessional of her to do. That lady needs to work on her customer service and stop Gossiping about Everybody staying at this RV Trailer Park. Think I've stayed here long enough to say that something is definitely wrong when the Helper of the RV Park Lies and Gossips about people staying in the park.

I called to get prices and they bad mouthed everyone in the area! So I called the parks in winslow and she LIED about every detail she told me! From price to wifi to size of RVs allowed! IDK about everyone else but I can't trust a BOLD FACED LIER! .....JUST sayin!.....

Used the park for a overnight on our way west and the pull thru site was perfect. Communication with the park was great months in advance all the way to the day we arrived. WiFi was adequate for streaming service and some quick work. Full hook ups. Easy in and out. Not a lot of bells to this place but was exactly what we needed.

The new owners are great people and they're working everyday to revamp every little piece of this fixer-upper park. For instance, when I first arrived (Apr 2023) the WiFi was unusable from my spot, but they hooked up another antenna, and now it's 5-10 Mb down. I mentioned I saw some ants and the next day they were gone, little holes plugged up everywhere. There's a situation with a neighbor who has many dogs that make a lot of noise, and the park owners have been working with the neighbor and the city to address it (I feel like it has improved). Nothing can be done about the noise from the nearby train, but I'm typically not bothered by it. The monthly rent is very affordable (I'm used to California), competitive with other parks in the area. When they finish building a shared bathroom facility and other niceties, I'd bump from 4 to 5 stars. I'm pretty easy-going, and I'm good with "rustic", so I have loved living here. I visited the nearby "Little Painted Desert" a few times at sunset this summer (80°F) and marveled at why it's so cheap to live in Winslow. I'll be back in the spring if no one takes my spot 😁
