The people at RV Roadway were very friendly and helpful. Wayne treated us well and did a video walkthrough as we live 600 miles away. Ty was also helpful and Colby showed us how everything worked in the camper. He was great at help us get the rear view camera mounted and hooked up. Was nice having polite helpful people getting us through the process.

Highly recommended. These guys have made everything really easy for a first timer. I was apprehensive about buying an RV, expecting pressure, tactics, etc. Nope. Just nice people that let my son and me open every RV and ask questions. Buying it was easy and simple too. After purchase, we discovered our RV had an inverter problem. We brought it back, they handled warranty replacement, and returned it to me in a few days. During that time, they offered me a unique arrangement for drop off... This saved me a long round trip to my house and back in the middle of the week. Overall, just really friendly people who want you to enjoy your RV. And they've gone out of their way twice for me already. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a great experience at RV roadway sales! It was such a relief after going to other dealerships and feeling pressured and hovered over. Wayne was our salesman, he let us walk through and look by ourselves. It was super nice to be able to walk freely and go back and forth to the same camper over n over without feeling like a bother. The whole process was a great experience and all staff we very polite to us first time buyers!! I highly recommend! Great prices and great staff!!!

i was traveling through birmingham and the AC on my RV stopped working. a friend recommended RV roadway so i took my RV to them. they fixed it within 24 hours. they were knowledgeable, professional and gave me a fair price. i strongly recommend them.

It was almost unbelievable. From the service desk to the shop lead, I encountered nothing less than excellence. I was delightfully surprised!

My experience with RV Roadway was awesome. Especially salesman Grant. This is probably an unusual review, but. We were looking at RV"s I Indiana but were not getting a good deal. So I went online searching and found RV Roadway. Talked with them and they had me set up with a good deal. After calling the local Dealer to tell him we were going elsewhere, the owner called us back with a ridiculously low price. So even though we didn't purchase from RV Roadway, I would highly recommend them. They were extremely helpful and polite even afterwards.

I purchased my Keystone Avalanche 5th Wheel from them in November 2016 and was happy with the price. Jeff and others in the service center are very nice to work with. * Update 2021: (reduced from 5 to 2 stars) just gave up trying to order a part for my 2017 Avalanche. After several emails and calls into the parts department to order a new window, I finally gave up and had to order the window from another dealer.
