Great place, clean well kept and scenic view of Ryans Creek and Smith Lake Park a cross the water. Good place for Seniors desiring long term stay. Strong community values.

Super friendly hosts. Easy to maneuver. Good size sites. Good hook ups. Nice grassy areas by many sites. Close to TCH and the city. Trains come by the north side but no whistles. Good walking path close by.

If you’re looking for a safe place to have your camper whether it’s to live in full time or just a home away from home, you won’t find a better place. Lisa & Carl are very helpful, accommodating and take great care of everything. It’s quiet, safe and the other tenants are nice and neighborly. The boat ramp is very nice and convenient and the swings are a great place to relax and sit to watch a sunset or folks on boats and jet skis enjoying the water. We’ve had 3 different campers there over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We leave our camper for months at a time with things on our deck and no one has ever bothered anything. Thank you Ryan’s Creek, Lisa Broset & Carl for a great experience!

Owners are great.! Always making sure the place looks nice and doing things to expand what hey have to offer. They also keep an eye on things when the Tennant's can't be there. Great place to live or have a place for the weekends. Wish we could spend more time there at our camper.
