a wonderful stop for two nights very quiet campground, Linda, the host was able to accommodate our 40 foot motorhome and was very pleasant. there are no real amenities here but it’s a great place to stop if you’re visiting friends in the area

I called this campground and asked if they had any monthly spots left for the summer and was told no, which I expected. We usually camp in the fall too so I asked if they had availability in October and the lady was very rude. She said "First you want summer, now you want fall. Which is it?" My response was "I was interested in both but if that's too complicated for you, nevermind". S&W Campground will never get our business and I hope they don't get your's either.

My husband and I are full time rvers and have traveled all over the United States for many years. We have seen many rv campgrounds and this one is in the top ten. Its perfect for rvers for a few days or longer, just make reservations in advance. Everyone is friendly and take care of their pets and messes. Dogs are welcome as long as the owner is responsible. We've been to over 100 rv parks in all the years traveling and most rv parks rules state owners must be with pets on a leash at all times. This is not uncommon. The owners are friendly and take very good care of the guests and grounds. If you are not familiar with the south then you need to know that bugs are not exclusive to rv parks. They are everywhere. The south have bugs!!!!! Its a clean and quiet place and that was a huge bonus for us. We would come back again.Five stars to JR and Linda....thank you.
