Loved with the park had to offer, especially it was well taken care of really enjoyed my stay. Only issue is when I departed. Try to get in contact with the manager regarding the following the process of vacating my unit and this was back in August. Never got followed up on my deposit so it’s been roughly about three months I haven’t heard since I There can be an established communication soon, but overall, as I mentioned, I did enjoy my stay.

Very neat/tidy site with lots of foliage. Lots are fenced and majority have grass and trees. Showers/Toilets are clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities are great and fairly cheap compared to launderette. Owner is very helpful and can accomodate most needs (I needed a 30A/50A adapter and was lent one). Location is right off highway but campers inset on the park do not experience much traffic noise considering. Would highly recommend.

The RV dump station ($20 if I remember correctly) doesn't have a hose spigot to flush your black tank. They do have a useless, permanently attached, suspended hose with some weird nozzle that can't be removed. It can only be used to rinse the pad. When I asked the absolute bundle of joy who worked there, how do I connect a water hose, he said "Your not supposed to!" All new motorhomes have a black tank flush connection. Even with older motorhomes, anyone who knew what they are doing would run a hose in a window and down the toilet to flush the tank. I drove an RV from Sacramento to Jacksonville FL, and back. Every single dump station along the way had a hose spigot. Not this place! And shame on you for asking! Wow, just wow!

This RV park is located in an excellent location. Bruce was very accommodating on two trips we have made to Sacramento. The office staff are helpful and friendly. The park is clean and each lot had a grass area for your pet. Lots of trees and shade. One of the best RV parks I stayed at, I will stay here again.

So very grateful that we found Sacramento shade RV Park. It is just what it says shade RV most spots have great shade throughout the entire day.. extremely clean, beautiful landscaping, and some hidden gems like a small dog park a large dog park and a community play area for the children along with the barbecue and a little library not to mention a beautiful pool with an 8 1/2 foot depth at the deep end a handicap lift for those who are in mobile a very nice glass, propane fire pit with lots of seating. It has a very beautiful little waterfall walking area. Plenty of washers and dryers. One bathroom that is specifically for the handicap or mobile impaired. It has another bathroom with two shower stalls. Every station has a dump station. Convenient after hours check in and check out. It is the cleanest and most beautiful park I have ever stayed out. Only downfall was the highway is right there so it's a little noisy but in the summertime when I'm running my air conditioner, I didn't hear the traffic at all anyway the winter time might be a different story with the road noise Convenient location to the Highway system and plenty of shopping. Bruce was extremely polite went out of his way to extend our state so we could stay in the same location the entire time as we had to add days to our vacation. Most of the sites have a nice strip of grass, They all have picnic tables and very tall fences to separate the neighbors. The sites are a bit small For backing in very large rv"s However, I know Bruce can handle finding a location to fit your needs. Our camper was on the smaller side so we had no issues. I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you stay here I have no major negatives to say whatsoever all of the permit residence have decorated their spots with care and beauty And they're all very, very nice. They have a very strict policy regarding certain dog breeds so please research that before you book, You are required to clean up after your dogs at all times. Which people should be doing anyway. I hope you all enjoy your stay and Bruce. We will see you next year.!
