Sacramento Shade RV Park

We've been here just a few days and so far we are very happy with this RV park. It's clean, quiet (a part from the noise from the highway), and very well maintained. Every spot has your own private yard and fence. The people that live/stay here are very friendly and helpful. They have nice shower/bath and laundry facilities as well. They have no pull-thru spots, so your backing up skills will be tested!!

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Sacramento Shade RV Park, and I feel compelled to share my story. As a nurse practitioner traveling for work with my husband and a baby, we were looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, this park was anything but that. From the moment we arrived, we were met with poor customer service. The manager Bruce was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What really stood out, however, was the blatant racial discrimination we experienced as middle easterns. My family and I felt targeted and uncomfortable from the very beginning, and it became clear that we were treated differently than other guests at the park. To make matters worse, the manager Bruce was rarely in the office during posted business hours, which made resolving any issues or even asking basic questions extremely difficult. When we did manage to speak with him, his behavior was hostile and unhelpful. It felt as though he had no regard for the well-being or comfort of his guests. The lack of professionalism and respect we encountered here was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend this RV park to anyone, especially families or people of color.

Really nice!! The spaces and facilities (restroom/showers) are all very clean, well maintained and you can tell a lot of hard work goes into keeping the entire park as such. As far as the staff goes, i can honestly say, every interaction we had with Bruce and his crew was nothing but pleasant. They were friendly, helpful, and we appreciate all their hard work to keep this lovely park going.

This park is awesome! The spaces are super nice, fenced in areas with plenty of shade. The entire place is well maintained, as the staff clearly works constantly to keep the grounds and facilities up and running beautifully. The park itself feels very safe and comfortable, though, located in the middle of a "not-the-greatest" neighborhood. We never once worried about our safety, nor the vehicles'. The restroom/showers are super nice and the laundry room is awesome; EXTREMELY fair-priced with a nice big counter for folding. The very few encounters we had with Bruce and his crew were nothing but pleasant, as were encounters with other guests. The entire 28 day-stay went smoothly and without a hitch. Will definitely recommend Sacramento Shade and would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you to you all for your hard work!

We stayed in Sac Shade RV Park for a month while visiting the area and had an enjoyable stay. We loved having a small, fenced in yard and grassy area all to ourselves. Our dog, Teddy, had so much fun running around in the large, clean and grassy dog park. The laundry room, pool and onsite bathroom were always clean and well-maintained. The campground and sites are pretty tight, so usually people have to move their trucks in order for you to get in, but everyone is very friendly and happy to do so. The campground manager, Bruce, can usually be found around the campground. He's either beautifying the area, maintaining the greenery or pool, or chatting with other campers and is friendly to talk to. It's not in the nicest area of town, but other than that, we loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.
