Great RV Park in a wonderful location. We stayed 5 nights in a Premium RV site and it was amazing! Great views of the Carmel Valley (although not all the sites have views). Amenities were wonderful. Large pool and a ton of sitting areas with gas firepits in various places in the park. Our travel trailer is 28' and I think that's the largest you could/would want to drive up the hill and park. They offer RV sites, cabins, tents all with nice amenities (chairs, gas bbq's and lighting) and dry camp tent sites, so something for everyone. Staff was great. We'll be back for sure.

Great location in Carmel. They have glamping, tv site, tent sites, and cabin sites. Also has a pool and dry sauna. Sites are well maintained. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, shower sites with hot water. They even have sink areas to wash your dishes. It has a play area for kids and lounge areas for families. It is a little pricey but I think it’s worth it considering it’s well maintained.

Pros - very clean bathrooms and hot water, parking is $30 a night for extra cars but easy to access and patrolled( no risk break in). Pool area on a warmer day would be a great free amenity. Staff were nice and accommodating. Cons- both nights there was a neighborhood dog that barked non-stop starting around 4 am. Nothing the campground can do but bring headphones. Campground can fit a MAX of 3 2- person tents. 10 people could never fit. Our tents were inches from each other. All sites were similarly sized. Site is an evacuation risk- single egress one lane (2 way) road in moderate risk fire area. As an evacuation specialist, it made me nervous.

3rd time staying! This time I brought family and they loved it. It’s so peaceful and serene. The grounds are well kept. The tents no longer have lights like I believe they used to the first time. So the second time going and discovering that was a change but we did bring flashlights. Other than that 4.5 stars I would go again and definitely recommend.

We stayed in a luxury tent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view around the entire property was very beautiful. The site was clean spacious, and had a ton of areas for our party to hang out around. The property is clean, peaceful, and easy to find and navigate. Water is hot and they provided heating blankets. A ton of things to do in the nearby town. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
