I've lived here for over 2 yrs. I don't see it as trashy at all. Megan the manager is the bomb, actually the best in the last 2 yrs. My neighborhood in the park is tight we look out for each other and each other's things. I look at other parks and by far this is the best. Few draw backs but nothing because of the park. Its windy and hot but its beautiful here.

I'm giving 1 star because this was the last decent RV resort in the Valley. You're better off paying for a night at Loves if you're only staying overnight. You're also better off asking a land owner if you can pay to park on their land. There's a dump station in town. Unless Melissa leaves, don't bother driving up the Mesa. She'll waste your time and treat you based on how much money she thinks you make. *Melissa, Thank you for repeatedly lying. You may be able to control who lives in Saddleback RV Park, but you have no authority over who I sell my RV to. You actually did me a HUGE FAVOR by denying both potential buyers an application to the RV park. I think it's amusing that you think you are 'destroying' me. Not in the least. Instead of selling it for a very low price to help a pregnant woman escape an abusive relationship, a rich couple in Florida bought it and shipped it. Good luck with your sales, especially since you will be kicking out nearly 75% of the tenants due to them all owning rigs that's older than 10 years. I sincerely hope this review gives you the credit you deserve. After all, you like to brag that you have been with RHP properties for a decade, yet you treat residents you think are poor like trash. Have fun with that. *Update: adding in the screenshots of the harassment I received from someone who apparently met me, but I don't remember. She felt the need to harass me about taking down this review. Instead, I'm sharing with you her choice words. 😎✌️🍿 Enjoy the show

The manager was rude to myself and the person i stayed with. The maintenance staff were very helpful

This place just has a bunch of RV"S parked on gravel. No trees or grass anywhere there is a laundry room. Place could really use some trees and grass and maybe a play ground for kids

I am giving it a 5 star we only had one issue and that was with the electric and a guy came out and fixed it within a few hours.. (Super nice guy) Laundry room was decent, but couldn't use the first night as I didn't get a code. Ladies in office were nice. I had to sign a sheet with the rules but your rules need updated.. Your permanent tenants need to keep their sites clean and not look like a trash heap.. Take a ride thru the park and you will see!!

Was a great place to stay for a few months. Quiet and beautiful views. It was really hot with not much shade and too windy to put out your awnings but thats not the parks fault at all. It’s really hot in that region during Summer. They had tons of goat heads but would spray for them quite often. Portia was great to work with and so sweet!! Would definitely recommend. Parachute is a cute town with an amazing park for kids!

Great Passport America price to stay overnight on your way from here to there. No frills park.
