We LOVED our stay on bus with a view. It was so cozy and close to Big B's orchard and other fun activities. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and we will definitely be back!

Lovely agrotourism camp with mountain views, sunroom with wifi, showers, outdoor kitchen, clean porta potties, eggs for sale, and in the summers Monday night live concerts with cantina. It's a good place to get to know the Paonia community. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, able to answer questions about sights to visits in the area. Interacting with the chickens and goats was a special treat! Great area for agrotourism, lots to see and do!

As tourists in the Paonia area we were lucky enough to happen upon Music Mondays at Sage View Ranch. We hooked up our RV and enjoyed an absolutely fantastic evening of live music (big thanks to Kane Hollins); a delicious Good Love Burger (you can check them out in town) and hand made cocktails from the fabulous Cardinal Cantina. Most of all we loved meeting Laurie and Scott and enjoyed the company and stories from everyone we met (especially in the cigar section!). We also managed to pick up great recommendations for things to do in the wider area. And the highlight of course was Stella - the legendary Goat Bar. If you’re passing through the area on a Monday you’re in for a unique treat!

What a beautiful little ranch! You can see the love and attention that the owners give this place everywhere you go. We stayed in the bus with a view and it was very nice and accommodating for a young couple. We had a great time here in the hot tub, hanging with the goats, and soaking in the great views. Definitely recommend.

Sage View Ranch is a beautiful and peaceful place. Scott and Laurie are the most kind and accommodating hosts that I've ever met. They will go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your stay. I have stayed with them many times and always look forward to my next visit. Most recently, I stayed in the Gypsy wagon. I absolutely loved it! It is tucked away in a private and quiet location. I traveled solo and found it was a perfect fit for a single traveler. The bed is quite comfy and there is a pull down table and seat inside. Private outdoor seating area is nice for a cup of coffee in the am or a glass of wine. Solar lights sparkle nicely in the evening. There is an outdoor shower and kitchen area (shared).

This place is exceptional with incredible views of the mountains and all of Paonia, you will spend lots of time on the deck esp at night the stars are mind blowing here. The owners are genuinely very nice kind people that work hard daily to make this place so special. Thank you for such an amazing stay esp all the animals that came to visit.

We absolutely adore this place! We were fortunate to park our 22' RV here for a couple of days of goat 🐐 play time! The hosts are fabulous and make you feel very welcome! It was a pleasant surprise to find that Root and Vine Market is next door & serves great Breves! If we lived closer, I would volunteer at this spectacular ranch!! Thanks Laurie, Scott, Magic, Stella, Valentine, Grandma-ma & all the precious kids! 💞🐐🐐🐐🐐

Laurie and Scott are great hosts! We stayed on the bus with a view and didn't regret it. It wasn't hot and it was quiet. In the morning we had a walk with the goats :) There's electricity on the bus.

Scott and Lori are cool. Stayed in the Bus With a View. It was dope for 1 night. 2 nights was 1 too long. Was hoping for a more communal atmosphere.
