They've bolted plastic speed bumps that are so abrupt and high that they hit the bottom of our car. We won't be returning until they are either replaced with something sensible or removed. The approval for this choice was a mistake.

Excellent campsite and a scenic view! Campsite was $8/night, about average for the area. Overall a 10/10 camping experience and will be returning! A note on firewood: firewood is not available through the host, and the surrounding area is protected so gathering firewood from the woods is frowned upon. Multiple businesses nearby will deliver to your campsite for a fee, and you can bring firewood in as long as you burn it all.

Good park for the kids. Lots of different camping spots and fishing areas. BBQs all over. Water is also available. Many trails to walk in a day. Great place for horses too! Beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be going back.

Great fishing spot under the trees had grill for picnic and next to waterpump

Great little fishing hole and nice spaced out primitive campsites. I had T-Mobile and ATT LTE on the hill sites, no service in the lake valley. Not sure why others were saying it’s free, standard IL state fees.
