Owned and operated by the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations, this park combines modern luxury with deep cultural roots. Location & Surroundings

Situated within the Westbay Marine Village in Esquimalt, the park is just across the water from downtown Victoria. The surroundings are defined by active marine life and the rhythmic movement of ferries and floatplanes. Guests enjoy direct access to the Westbay Walkway, a scenic seaside path that winds along the shoreline into the heart of the city. The blend of saltwater breezes and well-maintained landscapes creates a tranquil atmosphere.

Review for L'eau Rider Float House We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is an amazing spot, right on the water looking across West Bay to see float planes taking off, the Inner Harbour, seals and otters. The after-hours check-in was flawless. The house was immaculate, there was lots of room for 6 adults and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is easy to walk to Spinnakers or downtown Victoria along the seawall. And it is incredibly relaxing to just have a drink of wine and watch the sun go down. We highly recommend this spot!

Been Rv’ing for many years and I can honestly say that our stay at Salish RV was among the best. The park was beautifully laid out with lots of room between sites and a spectacular view of the bay and city skyline. We enjoyed the use of the beautiful clubhouse. Our hosts Jay and Adrian were very friendly and efficient.

Nice Place to explore Victoria. Nice footpath to the city or connecting via watertaxi. Modern and Clean infrastructure. We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a bit of bad luck. On day one only one shower was available and on the second day a pressure washer service van was running its generator for the whole day very close to our rv site

Beautiful location on the harbour front. Very peaceful and secure. Easy to get a Uber or bicycle to downtown! Also able to take the water taxi as well!

The best inner city campground we stayed at on the west coast. Extremely neat and tidy with trails, walkable to downtown Victoria. You could also wait for a water taxi. However, the walk is worth it. We took the water taxi back. The main building in the center of the park has laundry and washroom facilities.
