It's sad to see this place go. It's hard to imagine Tunica in the 1990s ended up like it is now. Sam's Town will be missed. I wish they could repurpose the beautiful buildings.

I dont even think this hotel deserves ONE STAR! Where do I even start. Ill just point out the biggest issues!!! The carpet was wet!!!! The bed was broken, uneven and super uncomfortable!!!! My back is killing me and im not even old im in my 30s I don't have back issues! The towels felt like sandpaper! The lamp was rusted!!! There was hair in the fridge!!!! We wont ever stay here again!!!!! Never!!!!!! Very disappointed

I've tried 3 times to write this review and got kicked off the site. Sans town need new machines. The mattresses needs to be replaced. You can't get room service. The place is dead now. No bands any more. The food at Smokey Joe's is delicious. Look at the casino in Oak Grove and Mint. They have good machines. Get the red dragon machines they have. Shop around to different places to see the environment, and the people that's there. No enthusiasm what so ever. I like Sam's town. It's not the same since they tore down everything. The hallways are spooky. Make a change

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel checkin was quick. The casino itself was dead. There wasn't very many people at all and the machines were definitely not paying. We ate at Smoky Joe's and it was good food.

Where do i start, you advertise that you have a pool that you don't. The first room was drity, tv did'nt work ,the pool tables didn't have a cue ball, the dartboard didn't have tips for the flyers.I will never never booke a room at this hotel again!

The place was very nasty. People were so rude with their smoking they had no respect for non-smokers. They should have a designated smoking area because everywhere you looked they were nasty ashtrays. Would not recommend going there at all.

Awesome old style Hotel charm with a new Casino featuring new slot machines with above favorable winning odds. Luv the welcome staff where you feel like a favored guest the entire visit.

Sam's Town is the most entertaining of all the Tunica casinos. We patronize this place because of the entertainment value and service received on every visit. Beverage servers are outstanding as well as our Host Miss Kim. The casino is just plain fun and it's all about the action boss. Wonderful place to spend our time and entertainment dollars. 3 Days out of each month, Sam's is our home away from home. Yes folks, it's that comfortable and enjoyable.

Won't stay here again. When I arrivedthere was 1 person in front of me it literally took 45 minutes to get waited on to get my room. When I reserved room I used debit card to hold. When I checked in I used my credit card, both cards were charged full price. Then I hardly got any sleep because the mattress was wore out and springs poked me all night. If you want to have a good time and rest well I don't recommend this place.
