I have been to this park for two Winters, 4 months total. Very nice and well-kept Park. Bathrooms and all the other facilities are kept very clean and nice. They have a couple of maintenance guys that work non-stop to keep the place up. Stephanie in the office is very nice and keeps things running smoothly. The boat docks are very nice floating docks and work excellent for almost any size boat. You cannot beat the location to Fort Myers Beach, an easy bike ride and you are there. The pool and hot tub are always warm and usable. The people that stay there are very nice. Many of the sites have a water View and beautiful scenery.

Fantastic park! We have been coming here for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Fort Myers area. The staff is beyond kind and helpful, especially Stephanie in the office.

Absolutely gorgeous spot. We were in Site C facing the inlet. They are still recovering from the hurricane, the boat slips you see in some pictures have not been replaced yet. There was no picnic table, but to be fair, we haven’t asked for one yet. The morning and evening views are stunning. Very close to Sanilbel and Fort Meyers Beach. We can’t wait to explore!

Stephanie is front desk, and she's a lovely lady. She was very helpful and accommodating. The park location is outstanding. Their staff, including Gary and Sue, keep the grounds immaculately. This is our 3rd stay here and again, well worth every penny!

I give San Carlos RV a 1 star. Even though I didn’t stay there I’m sure it is a beautiful place. I booked with them months in advance for a 7 day stay with my husband and 2 service dogs. They said they did not allow dogs in their cabins.I told the woman taking our reservation they were service dog, she said I had to show proof on arrival. I told her I have the dogs documents. I gave her my payment information and then received my confirmation email. At first look subject line said to arrive on Dec 17 th and check out on Dec 18th. I immediately call her back and told her she made a mistake I was booking from Dec 17th till December 24th . She assured me she had me down for a full week and google sometimes does that when it generates the conformation email. I didn’t read any further into the email, which I now wish I had. My friend, which is there for a long stay called me saying the office said we were to arrive on the 11th which is today. I called the RV park office and told them there was a mistake. I sent my friend, which at this point was in the RV parks office, a snap shot of the email conformation so she could show the woman. I told the lady I had called an even clarified the dates as soon as I received the email. The lady representing the RV park very rudely said if we couldn’t arrive today and wanted to move it to next week she would have to charge me and extra $200 dollars. Because it wasn’t fair and the woman was so rude I told her to just cancel because there was no way for us to come this week and it wasn’t right that she was charging us $200. She said I will still have to charge you a $35 dollar cancellation fee. My friend that was there was stand in-front of the woman, took the phone and asked me if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I told her I did but there is no way we can come until the 17th as planned and it wasn’t my mistake other than not reading further into the email. I told my friend and the RV representative I would have to call my husband to see what he wanted me to do. I called back and cancel a few minutes later. The woman said she checked with her manager and she would have to charge me not $35 dollars but $150 for the loss of that days cabin rent. I really do feel they did not want us there with our service dogs in third cabin. And this was their way to get extra money for them being in there if we were to come. I am disappointed in the behavior of the RV representative and the park manager. We would have booked with them each year but there is no way I would now. I know this review will just be taken down, but I hope these folk realize karma followers folks like them.

Very nice place to stay! Rented a Pontoon boat next door and spent the day at Dog Beach ! Good times we’re had by all! Our 2 Great Danes Are looking forward to our next visit 😁‼️

Awesome RV campgrounds! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Stephanie, the manager, was a fountain of wisdom and she was also really sweet. Gary the maintenance guy took care of our problem in a quick and professional manner. The location is absolutely ideal. The view here is fantastic, and there were constantly birds flying overhead. The water lit up with gorgeous yellows and oranges with the sunsets. You're also a short jaunt away from the beach. If I'm ever back near Fort Myers we are making a bee line for this spot. I would highly recommend it

Very nice park. Easy bike ride to beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Pool, laundry facility, dog walk, shower house, all clean and in good repair. Beautiful views of the back bay. The spot I was in made me feel like I was in a house boat floating on water. (See picture looking out back window.) Some of the spaces are tight backing into if you have a bigger rig but besides that everything was very enjoyable. Nice park, friendly people.
