What an amazing location and views. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store just within a block or two. Just short drive from amazing coastal hikes /beaches and just a 30min drive into the city (without traffic)

Yes, it's a parking lot. But the views of the ocean are great and the bathroom and showers were very clean and worked great. Close to restaurants. Staff very kind and helpful. It is a little overpriced but I would gladly stay again.

This place was cool we got the spot on the ocean and there was a pool. However the cons include very close parking space, only one shower in the whole place, and no private campfire pit. So this place was good for one night but wasn’t my favorite spot to go.

This place is a parking lot thats actively falling into the ocean. The street is basically a homeless camp and you can reach out and touch your neighbor. Rebecca in the office is extremely unpleasant and made several snide comments about members staying at "her campground" like maam your a receptionist. I would never recommend this campground, the one in marina dunes just south is so much nicer. This one will be at the bottom of the ocean in 3 years anyway.

I had mixed feelings about our stay here. While the location and ocean views are absolutely beautiful, I was disappointed by the overall condition of the campground, especially given the price. This was the most expensive spot we stayed at along the PCH, and for what we paid, I honestly expected more. Many of the RVs appeared semi-permanent, with lots of items stored outside and even fencing set up around some sites. That took away from the experience and made the park feel more like a long-term living area than a coastal resort. I paid extra to choose my site and selected one specifically for the island and ocean view, but even so, the surroundings did not match the premium price. This was also my first Thousand Trails campground, so it’s possible my expectations were too high. Without the view, I think I might have preferred staying at a KOA. The property itself could really benefit from a refresh and more green space to better match the incredible location. That said, the staff was outstanding. Rebecca at check-in was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She truly made a positive impression and was the highlight of our stay. Amazing views and wonderful staff, but the campground overall didn’t quite live up to the cost
