We LOVED this place. It was by far the best RV resort we stayed in during a week long road trip we took in June. The management/staff were super helpful and friendly. The grounds were clean and pretty. The playground was such a bonus since we have young kids. The propane grills and picnic pavilion were clean and super convenient as well. And of course the area was beautiful.

Great facility! Walking distance to the lake. We've been coming here for years and new owners have made it an even better place to stay. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Cabins and RV spots. Great fit for anyone!

When we arrived weren't impressed. In fact, we said out loud, I'm not sure I want to stay here for three nights (we stayed in our travel trailer); however, after just a few hours, we realized how great a place it is and how kind the long-time seasonal guests can be. It's true that the place is run-down and need of money to update, repaint and repair but the location is so great, the people are kind and the price is right! Give it a try and look beyond the superficial.

Excellent staff and the location is solid. Kind people with the perfect distance from the busy pace of life. If wifi is important to you it’s unreliable. Expect no cell signal. Activities could use some updating but overall the grounds are well kept and the pines are trimmed and plenty of clearance. We keep coming back here it’s a solid stop and the drive out there is excellent. Big RVs fit too so take your 40’+ out that way.

Sites are big and well separated, giving us privacy but close enough to meet the neighbors. Wet weather has resulted in very green atmosphere and clear air. Very dog friendly and if you can control your dog leashes are optional on the trail into the wilderness. One of our favorite campgrounds.

Quiet, beautiful, clean campground. Best part other than the peace and relaxation are the camp hosts! Al, Dwight and Sally keep that campground emaculate, not to mention they are some of the nicest people to meet. Will be coming back.

This is a wonderful place to go camping. Whether you have a tent or a camper, it's amazing. The camp hosts are super friendly and caring about your experience. The hikes around the area are absolutely gorgeous. We only live about 30 minutes away from here and it continues to be our favorite place to camp.

My family absolutely loved this campground. The camper sites were large and lush. Al, the camp host was the best. Clean bathrooms and a majestic creek running along the campground.

Campground hosts all excellent at what they do. Constantly helping folks with everything from fixing a generator to jump starting stranded travelers. No extra fees for pets here and many tent and RV sites available.
