Beautiful resort and very helpful staff. I want to personally thank Ericka for her exceptional customer service. We had an unplanned event and had to leave early. Ericka and the management staff were understanding and accommodating. We will continue to stay at Sun Outdoors resorts.

Sites are tight, lots of road noise. Amenities like pool and lounge are nice. It's hard to find a spot in the area for bigger rigs and some sites here are pretty tight so if you really want to be here it's OK but I prefer further south. I'd return to dive locally but wouldn't return just for this park.

Everything here is great. Staff are amazing. It’s well maintained. There’s a lounge, office/store, pool tables, foosball, it’s right on the ocean, and it’s kid friendly. Bathhouses are clean and well maintained with 2 bathroom stalls, 1 large handicap bathroom stall, 3 shower rooms inside the bathhouse, and 1 large handicap shower room. The only difficulty I had here was the sites were small and hard to back into. It’s worth paying for a pull through. The laundry room is also nice but it’s hard to use, machines take card only, and they’ll say they’re in use but won’t start. It’s also right on the highway. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay if you like islamorada and the issues aren’t with the staff at all.

Amazing experience here at Sun outdoors Islamorada. We stayed in a beautiful spot in our 42’ Phaeton. Erica was very helpful and greeted us when we got here and even suggested great restaurants and nearby things to do! This place is incredibly dog friendly and tranquil. We had a wonderful time relaxing. Great music by the pool and an awesome café served from an airstream that was absolutely delicious! Don’t forget to try the biscuits and gravy! We will be back soon! Ask for Erica she will take good care of you!

The resort is newer, nicely landscaped, clean, with lots to do. Unfortunately, we had a site closest to the busy road so we had noise all the time. But, we got to watch dead stopped traffic, going towards Key West, from about 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily. Get a site further in. The sites are a bit tight because the vegetation between sites spills over where you park and sit. There was strong smell of decaying vegetation in a few areas around the water. Traffic is outrageous.
