Nice people very helpful. Large spots all dirt no grassy spots. Very reasonable price. Only issue is when it rains the water gets a little deep in the park. Standing water for a few hours after a heavy rain.

Wonderful experience! At first, it seemed so desolate; however, we picked the site we wanted (quite level on gravel). We could be as close as we wanted or far away. Large sites. Plenty of room for our towed vehicle. Had Wi-Fi. Most rigs there seemed to be workers. There were no restroom or shower facilities, but in your RV, not necessary. Water, electric and sewer hookup. Very reasonably priced. Felt safe in this area, esp after seeing some other RV places. Stayed there two nights, in order to see Carlsbad Caverns. Would definitely stay there again. Would not recommend taking RV up on drive to caverns. Customer service easy and friendly.

The 5 stars are based on price ($25/night full hookups), all pull-through sites, and ease of negotiating a big rig with a car in tow. The actual park greatly resembles a drive-in theater of days gone by. It’s simply a large gravel area with many newer electric pedestals. Checking in was easy but unusual for rv parks. Once we found the spot we wanted we hooked up and called their phone. We provided the site number, our credit card info, and we were done!
